Quick and easy

Process was very simple however I understand the need for a matching signature however using a mouse it is very hard to replicate and would hate to affect my order.

They follow up. Just not the correct answer. I sent off for a certified marriage certificate from the county. They sent to the state who cannot do the certified one. I called and talked to the state. I had to rebook my embassy appointment for another 6 months.

Exceptional service! Very easy and simple , great experience

National Records is a fraud. Don’t use them. Wanted more information that I refused to send. I sent an email to cancel. They sent one back with a threat to not call my bank.

When to national records to get a Birth Certificate so I can get my Driver's license. First of all they wanted a ton of documents. I sent everything then they turn around and ask for more of me. Paying a 160 some dollars just to get a Birth Certificate which is totally outrageous. Well, I went to another site and only had to pay $60. Now they refused to give me a refund and I still haven't received the Birth Certificate. It's been over 2 or 3 weeks now. They sent me an email saying that they don't do refand if I go to my bank to do a refund that they have measures as they try to scare me not to do a refund. Then I told you to call the number when you call the number.You don't even get nobody but answering service national records is a total scam if anybody anywhere please do not by request anything from national records

This process was relatively easy… and I received it in the mail very quickly!

It was very straightforward and easy to use. I just hope I get it within a few days because I’m going to be flying On May 1.

I quite enjoyed how accessible the site was, along with the fact that it makes sure that one must provide verified credentials so no one can just wander about and steal important information.

I had mixed feelings about National Records. While the service was quick and staff like Donna, Sacha, and Abigail were helpful, I faced challenges uploading my documents and had to reach out multiple times. Eventually, issues were resolved and I got refunds when needed, though their pricing seemed steep compared to other companies.

Very easy to do. I really thank you for helping me obtain the birth certificate I need.
