I talked to Abigail and Sacha. Abigail first. I was very disappointed that you weren’t able to find my documents, but Abigail talked me through everything and I clarified some information. Sacha verified my search from Abigail’s new information, and provided the documents I was requesting.

Easy, and fast

Very convenient! The whole process was pretty easy save for trying to provide my signature via the mouse attached to my PC.

I would never recommend using this web browser to get any personal records. This has been a pain staking process with many issues. Tried to cancel my report due to taking far too long and they denied my request a first then only refunded me $50 out of the $200 that I spend to get the record due to “ a service fee for setting up your order, a processing fee for submitting it to the state, and a search fee” this is incredibly disappointing since now I have to go into person and spend the same amount to get the documentation I never received. Never again going through this website that is filled with fake reviews.

I ordered a birth certificate, paying $168 in the hope that this would be quick and efficient. After three months of following up, I still was without my birth certificate and I requested a refund. They refunded about $100 and have refused to refund the rest because of their ‘costs’. Now almost five months later they are still refusing a full refund. I am out almost $70 and without the document that I ordered in good faith. To clarify, there was nothing untoward about my request and when I went directly to the State of Oregon I received a copy immediately for much less than I had paid nationalrecords.org. Just go straight to your state authorities and do not waste your time and money on this service. Absolutely awful.

This is a scam. Do not use this site. The reviews on this site are not from real people. They require drivers license and social security numbers which can be used to steal your identity. if you need to obtain any of these documents, go directly to the state.

I don’t like giving negative reviews. The site itself was fairly easy to get through. Unfortunately I got to the end of the form and they gave me the price and I was appalled. I needed a marriage certificate to get an enhanced drivers license. I assume most women will need one to get this special drivers license. So Vital Statistics is going to make a fortune. I was charged $139.00 for the payment of a copy of my marriage license. Plus another 13.00 to ship it. This feels a bit like gouging. That is kind of disgusting. You require it and then charge a fortune for it.

It was easy to apply for the documents that I needed and they also got in touch with me about they needed more documents the same day so far going good

Instructions and requirements were clearly explained. Providing the required information was exceptionally easy. This site is very well designed!

I got my certificate within a week. communication throughout was really good. I was informed about tracking the shipping and got it in same hands. easy to use website and staff are really nice is solving the query.

National Records is a long standing, trustworthy service that will accomodate your needs in a professional manner. Great service, and timely communication. They are often overwhelmed by requests and yet still manage to find ways to take care of the stressful experience of ordering important documents. I highly reccomend this website.
