This is a scam of a boutique! These are VERY CHEAP looking clothing for the price you are paying for! NOT worth it at all. Definitely not as the picture they show on the website. This is not a Florida Based boutique,its all from China. Customer Service is the worst and they will give you a run around if you try to return the product!! NEVER ORDER from them! It's a SCAM!

Truly wish I could leave zero stars. Do not order from this website! The product I ordered was not at all the same as the photo (not double-lined, cheap fabric, cheap zipper, was mid length and pictured as floor length).

Thought I could return it, but it costs hundreds of dollars to ship it back to China, apparently. Horrible customer service & took 15 emails back and forth to only get a 20% refund. Save your time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are lying that it is located in Florida as well.

they are not located in US and any returns are subject to custom duties. They do not state this anywhere on their website,
they refuse to take accountability for false advertisement as their website says easy returns. There return process is not easy at all. buyer beware

Don't think that just because its expensive, that means its good quality. This is as fast as fast fashion gets. The order came through a strange carrier straight from China. Everything was such poor quality, I couldn't believe they were actually selling it. Like it came from a Spirit Halloween. Shein quality at Banana Republic prices. Everything is made of the cheapest of polyester. I ordered a jacket, a jumpsuit, and a dress, and all three of them ran incredibly small. An XL fit like a M. I've realized since then that there are several of these "boutique" websites that sell the exact same stuff, and its all just terrible.

UPDATE: I'm now entirely convinced that this website is a scam, and that the majority of these reviews are fake. If you read them, they're all praising the store even though they haven't received their items yet. This store didn't even exist until a month ago. They try hard to look like they're in the US, but force you to pay return shipping to China if you want to get a refund. I can't believe I fell for it.

I have seen so many beautiful dresses over social media and I knew I had to snag one for an upcoming wedding. Not only did I fall in love with every dress listed on the website, I fell in love with how fast everything was! I am so excited for my dress to come and will definitely be purchasing another one! I found shopping on their website very easy and all their clothes look beautifully unique. For the last two weeks, I have been shopping online for a white party dress, and could not find any. Glad I found one on Naplesboutique! I can’t wait to try it on.

This place is a scam. First of all, they are not United States based. They make it look like it is US based with the title and the info on their website. I intentionally scoured through their website to make sure that they were US based, and they are NOT. They are based in China and it takes weeks to arrive. The sizing is not consistent at all. I ordered two dresses, and they both were sized extra small. One arrived and fit more like an extra large. The second one arrived and it looked like it was made for an eight year-old. I reached out to them to see if I could return (because their site claims very easy returns and great customer service), however, they won’t let me return them (even though they haven’t been worn, and I still have every bit of packaging and tags). They are only offering store credit and asking me to pay any shipping fees, of course. If I would have known that I was not buying from an American company, I definitely would not have bought these. I would be very cautious of these other reviews that are giving it five stars. Especially with how deceptive the title and website are.

I have been looking for ages for the perfect wedding guest dress for a wedding I have this summer in North Carolina. Naples Boutique has the best selection and variety by far! I found them while scrolling on Instagram and am very happy I did!

It was super easy to order, and I love the fact that there are automatic stack discounts. I cannot wait to recieve my order!

The dress I received was the worst quality. And there easy customer service gives you the run around for several days trying to get you to do anything but return your purchase, only to finally find out that your have to mail it to a Mr. Wang in China. What a scam

The communication is spectacular! From the moment that you order until arrival. You are provided with details about the order. When I decided to place the order I was thrilled to see that they had lowered the price of the two dresses that I had chosen to order. I would certainly order from this company again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A SCAM. I bought 3 dresses. They were all horrible quality, so I wanted to return them. They claim a "30 day-money back guarantee" which is a complete lie. They offered everything but refunding my money. Save yourself and AVOID THIS WEBSITE. Poor quality and will not give you a refund.

This is a complete scam! They make you think they are in Florida but this is a Chinese scam, the quality is the worse I have ever seen, terrible!!!

Don’t trus this business is a scam. They are not located in US + low quality. If you need to return the item for whatever reason they force you to ship it to China instead of US.
