First, I rarely take the time to write a review unless I believe I could greatly help someone else make a fully informed decision, or I simply need to rave about an outstanding product or experience. This writing is meant to potentially help someone.

I highly recommend avoiding this solely online company. The quality of the dress I received is shockingly poor considering how it was originally priced and shown on the website. The seams are not aligned, and the slip inside (on this long dress) comes to way above my knees. Moreover, the halter area is askew with the fabric not laying correctly.

The website touts a full refund within 30 days. This claim in not true at all. I have already stopped replying to the ridiculous emails offering store credit and eventually a suggestion to send the dress back to a specific individual in China with no guarantee of a refund. The return would be at my expense.

Yes, I should have read these online reviews first, although I see quite a few positive reviews mixed into the SCAM warnings. That said. I would have heeded the warnings. I now believe the positive reviews are done by paid "actors." I should have also noted there is no phone number to call, and the website has fine print about "fraud" claims. Clearly, they are trying to protect themselves from irate customers.

Terrible experience with Naples Boutique. Their website advertises a “money-back guarantee,” yet when I tried to return an item within their stated policy, they refused to clearly confirm I would receive a full refund and instead kept pushing partial refund offers. Extremely misleading and dishonest business practices. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I am 72 was looking for an elegant simple quality dress for a family beach portrait and this is it! The price was great and the ordering process was sooo easy. Can hardly wait for it to arrive! Thank you!

I saw this dress on ticktock! Having a baby shower for my daughter and felt this was the perfect dress for the event since it’s babies in bloom theme!

I reached out to customer service about me order and they promptly replied to my request for overnight service!

The designs are beautiful and the patterns of the fabric are timeless.

I bought a nice dress but came in different color and fit small even if I pick my size and measurements. I contacted the costumer service and it was impusiblevto return it to get a correct color and size. They asked me to send it to china and I have to pay costumer and shipping etc etc etc. So I said that I want to return it and get my money back. But the cost of the shipping and everything was no worth. They offered tha 10% of my money back which I didn’t want it. I love the dress but didn’t fit so after many back and forth. I gave up and I accepted the 10% but I have a dress that I like but can’t wear.
Do not buy from this store there are more stores with the same kind off dresses with better return policy.

Loved their collection. Wanted beautiful dresses for my Europe trip and found this online store in insta and ordered right away.
I found the prices reasonable and would surely recommend this brand to my friends.

Scam company! Advertises like they’re in the US but it’s just dropshipping from China. It took about 3 weeks for the dress I ordered to arrive and it looks and feels like it was made in China. Cheap material, and also isn’t the same as pictured on the website. It has a big ugly see through portion on the side that was not on the dress in the website photos. Looks like it was $10 from SHEIN not $70 on sale from a boutique. Waste of money and can’t return because it costs more to ship it back than it did to buy it. Scam city baby! Plz learn from my mistake and ignore all the fake positive reviews :) stay safe out there. Also Jesus loves you and I’m only not saying worse things because WWJD :)

Good checkout. Unsure of where company is based so will update review when product is received.

Quality was terrible and the return process is outrageous. They kept trying to get me to keep the items and just take 20% of the value back. When I refused they said I had to ship back on my own dime (with tracking) to China! After they received and "reviewed" my return, they would let me know if they would refund it. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM.
