Great Company and Customer Service.
In the past I had ordered from Nanogen as I was delighted with their products and as I was running short I the placed another order which arrived very quick and the packaging is excellent, sad to say their was a problem with one of the products (which I am sure the error was caused by me placing my order). I contacted them by email and explained same and in return they replaced the item concerned to me at no cost and stated I did not have to return the original item and they hoped I could pass it on to one of my friends.
It’s a pleasure to deal with this company, their products and customer service is excellent, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to try new hair products.

Love this product
Love this product, been using it for a couple years now. I have white grey hair which I love but shows my pink scalp so I use the grey shade on my parting. Couldn’t live without it.
