Extremely poor delivery service
Extremely poor delivery service. Not streamlined at all. Company is using an Evri x Whistl integration and its complete rubbish ordered over a week ago and tracking shows still not out for delivery. Would never have ordered if knew this. I will be cancelling my order and ordering elsewhere.

I suffer from scarring alopecia and I…
I suffer from scarring alopecia and I have tried hair fibres from other companies but hated the way they made my scalp feel so itchy and irritated. Nanogen fibres are definitely different. I have no irritation and they are so much better at disguising the areas where I have hair loss. I have fine hair which makes the alopecia more noticeable however Nanogen fibres definitely make my hair look thicker and I feel a little bit less self conscious about my condition. I am going to buy the applicator so I can direct the fibres to the areas I need it most. I was a bit sceptical about how good Nanogen fibres would be, but after trying them I would definitely recommend them.
