When my order arrived it was missing one of the items I purchased however when I contacted Nanogen by email they responded really promptly and arranged for the item to be posted out to me

I have not yet received my order. Could you let me know when it will arrive please. Whistl said i could track my delivery if I put my postcode in but it rejected it and said it was wrong.

Usually ordering and delivery is smooth and efficient. Only twice have I had a problem and on both occasions customer services have been exceptional. The shortfall in one order and faulty product in the other order were dealt with quickly and courteously. A big thank you for an wonderful product and excellent service.

Not for me.
Had high hopes for this latest product. Regrettably I found it sticky and made combing unpleasant. Gave it 3 stars because it did thicken the look of my hair but I also lost more because of the sticky knots.
