My life has changed for the better in…

My life has changed for the better in the past few months. Weight loss has become easier. I’ve lost 22 pounds so far & for the first time in my adult life, I feel I can lose another 10. I am working hard with resistance training & feel extremely strong & healthy. The support from Rocky Health has been truly amazing. Any questions I had have are answered quickly & satisfactorily. There have been no delays on receiving my kit every 4 weeks. I’m over the moon!!!!

Finally easy access to medication…

Finally easy access to medication without having to wait for weeks or months to see a doctor, that is, IF you have a doctor. It’s even much better and simpler than going to private clinics. Proud of these 3 Canadians founders of Rocky!

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Both numbers have been disconnected!

Also I was over billed two months in a row now. I will involve my bank.

I would pick a different company, not Rocky!

After the review customer service did reach out. Customer service was great, but it is frustrating that initial emails and chats were not enough.

Discreet fast n very helpfull

Discreet fast n very helpfull. My only complaint is when I tried to pause my subscription it went through anyway n unfortunately cleaned my bank account out. Product is great and people are nice and helpful.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a very long time and i keep getting billed. I do not want to use this product anymore
