I am very disappointed with how this…

I am very disappointed with how this was handled.

I was clearly informed that if I did not qualify for TRT, I would receive a refund. Please review the recordings of the conversations with your agents, if available. Your agent followed up with me multiple times to make sure I signed up, and I had already fully explained my situation and completed the required information before proceeding with bloodwork.

This is not simply about the money. It is about transparency, fairness, and the way expectations were set from the beginning.

Given this experience, I will not be recommending Jack Health.

obviously not an important customer

I was offered to be part of a free trial for Hair treatment. I did the assessments and was approved but when it came time to start they were going to bill me full pop for the prescriptions. I tried contacting customer service and the doctors that did the assessments and no one seemed to know or care what i was talking about so I've not been back since
