The provider explained exactly how the medication works and what results I could realistically expect. Straightforward and professional. Within the first week I noticed my appetite was smaller and I wasn't reaching for snacks out of boredom. By the end of the first month I had lost about eight pounds without changing much else. I still eat what I want, just less of it. The automatic refills are convenient because I don't have to remember to order. Delivery always comes in the same plain box.

I've had redness on my cheeks for years that never really went away. Tried different moisturizers and gentle cleansers but nothing helped. The online form took about ten minutes and I uploaded a few photos of my skin. A doctor responded the next day with a prescription for a cream. Delivery arrived three days later in regular packaging. Been using it for a couple weeks now and the redness is noticeably less.

He changed my delivery for when I would be home and ensured my medication would be safe and not sitting outside in the elements.

They charged me without consulting me. I left a note on the first order specifying I wanted a single order. So what do they do? They sent the email advising me after 12 in the middle of a work day, advising me that they were sending an order, as if it was a monthly prescription. Then, even though I contacted them the same day, it was already too late to cancel the order according to their “policy”. They don’t give you the option to make a single order anywhere on the site and later tell you you’re supposed to go to a specific client email to cancel. In other words, they fix it so they end up selling you more than what you wanted, unlike you take the time to find exactly where you’re supposed to cancel, ahead of time! I feel like this is a disingenuous way of doing business. I’ll manage without or take my business elsewhere!!
