The enticement of the price was matched by the efficiency of the process.

No communication 3 months after order placed. Requested refund x2 after order not sent after 3 months. No response. Had to do a claim through my bank account to get my money back. Still no communication from these people. Scammers

I received exactly what I ordered, but it was a bit slow but I was willing to wait thank you very much.

It was quick, and the perfume is definitely authentic. Perfume arrived not damaged and didn’t have any worry about tracking updates as they updated me through emails frequently :)

Been looking for Charlie for 6 MN found yall online and ordered 6 bottles for my wife received them within a week. GREAT Price will be reorder again soon.

I wanna thank you for an excellent first purchase experience. Purchase process was quick and easy. Got email to notify of purchase progress. Order processing was amazingly fast and it got shipped quickly. Packaging was flawless and items arrived in excellent condition. And last but not least, product price! Fast delivery and perfect

Although the product that I ordered was correct and genuine, my order didn’t get shipped until 12 days later, so it took over three weeks to arrive. I sent a message to the perfume shop asking if there was a problem etc and I didn’t even get a reply for the delay in sending my order nor an apology.

My Perfume Shop has a great range of products and good prices. Easy to order. Genuine items. My perfume was delayed because of the Middle East problems but the excellent customer service, especially from Anne, meant I knew all was ok. Would buy again from them.

Huge range of products with probably the best price you can find in Australia. Delivery was super quick. They have almost every brand available and you don't have to look around.

Excellent and extremely fast service. Perfumes of great quality and way cheaper than at e.g. Myer and DJs. When I made a mistake, exchange was arranged with no questions asked :)

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They are the worst company iv ever bought from.. I bought perfume on the 3rd July, supposed to be delivered between 10th - 15th July and nothin! Iv emailed them several times and no proper response.. no tracking number nothing. Got so fed up so I cancelled it and waiting on my refund.. that means they hadn’t even sent it yet.. don’t waste ur time and money as they are shifty and order from overseas..

I placed my order around the last week of June, and it was delivered to me on July 15th. I'm very happy with the perfumes; they are all original, and there are no issues with the quality.
The only thing that could be improved is increased transparency. I was unaware that the perfumes I purchased were for pre-order and not immediately available. The website displayed "Get it between 3rd and 8th July," which I later learned from customer support indicated a pre-order.
Although it still arrived within three weeks, which is not that bad, they couldn't provide any ETA. If you don't mind waiting a few weeks, this is a good store to buy from!

I searched unsuccessfully for a particular perfume at all of the usual retail outlets in town. It was for a gift, so I was thrilled to find it in stock online at My Perfume Shop.
It was easy to navigate the website, the price was reasonable and my order came quickly.

Good prices, good products but a little slow on delivery. Still recommend though
