Disappointed

Disappointed. Ordered 2 items. One came quick and the other one is nowhere to be seen. Have sent several emails to say it hasnt arrived and had no response.
Has put me off ordering from here again.

Quality counts

Parts I ordered were not avaliable but I was not informed of this when ordering I was informed that as a jester of good will superior parts would be implemented in stead ,but parts supplied were Quinton Hazel and these parts are of a much inferior quality these parts would have been my last choice to make an impression on a new customer proper superior parts should have been supplied and good will would have definitely improved my reaction on spending future amounts with the company as proper superior parts were supplied my reaction would have been a positive one.

I only received part of my order

I only received part of my order, 100265134, not a happy person, should of recevied it Wednesday it is now Friday afternoon still no sign of the rest of order, I had taken today off work so I could the work on the car, its like having a cup of tea and forgetting to put the teabag in,

Very good prices

Very good prices, and good service. I was upgraded on brake discs when the ones ordered were not available at no extra cost.

faulty part . . . but fast service

fast service, but the part was faulty. I bought a throttle for an Audi A3. It was installed and then I started to get error messages and was told by the garage that the part was faulty. However, since it was used, there is no refund policy. £134 . . . for a faulty part.

If a throttle body has been fitted and is then found to be causing fault codes, we’d usually need to look at it under our warranty/faulty parts process rather than a standard return, even if it has been used. These situations are handled case-by-case and we’d need to check the order details and any diagnostic evidence from the garage.

Ordering is easy

Ordering is easy, items are dispatched quickly, usually the same day and delivery is quick. Plus the prices are good and the range of products is excellent. Never had a problem with My Motor World, I will continue to keep using them.

Ordered from you delivery said Thursday 30thApril. Now 4thMay and still have not received my delivery. Update finally received my delivery 12th May. Very poor customer service.

I ordered oil for my car put the reg number in which sound my car and told me what oil I need I ordered it then found out it was the totally wrong oil

We ordered a car battery from you in January , it was the wrong fitting for my car , last week phoned on the off chance that you might swop for another one , lady I spoke to was a lovely lady Remi who processed a refund which was paid back into my account the same day , since then ordered correct one and was delivered within 2 Days , thank you for a great service
