I ordered on May 25th

I ordered on May 25th, paid for next day delivery. Its now May 31st and my order has still not arrived.
But this may just be the parcel company 'Evri's' processing?
But the extra next day delivery charge has not worked for me.

I am very sorry that your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, especially as you paid for next day delivery.

Having checked the order, it appears the delay is currently with the courier, Evri. While we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, unfortunately we do not have direct control over delays once a parcel is within the courier's network.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your frustration, as the next day delivery service has clearly not been achieved in this instance.

If the parcel does not arrive shortly, please let us know and we will be happy to investigate this further with the courier.

I ordered 6 tins of copper lube but I got 5 tins of copper lube and 1 tin of cleaning solvent! Not sure why! Very quick delivery though.

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. Arrived late. The part did not fit my car despite the website saying it would. When I got in contact with customer service they stated the website says ‘multiple fitments available for your vehicle, please ensure you pick the correct fitment". I stated this is incredibly misleading when I clicked ‘show only products that fit my vehicle’. I requested a refund which they said they’d do as a ‘goodwill gesture’. Arranged a day to collect it as per their instruction. The DX delivery company never turned up. Avoid avoid avoid

Do not order for delivery collect from store

When it goes wrong you can not contact anyone when I get this sorted I will be trying GFS

I will say that it was more DHL fault and once motor world answered me they resent my order

I was looking for brake discs and pads…

I was looking for brake discs and pads for my wife’s car and decided to give My Motor World a try. The website was very easy to navigate, making it simple to find all the correct parts for the make and model of the car. From there, the ordering process was straightforward and hassle free. I placed the order one day and it was delivered the very next day. Excellent service, great experience, and I would definitely use them again.

paid for next day delivery had to e-mail saying it had not come came week later but they did refund me next day delivery money not the best service considering i was new customer but things happen.

I ordered some oil from MyMotorWorld

I ordered some oil from MyMotorWorld. I ordered it a week before I needed it, as I had booked my car in for a service, but I wanted to supply the oil myself, to ensure my car received the correct oil. MyMotorWorld dispatched it very quickly. The courier then emailed me to say they'd had issues finding my address (despite having delivered to me many times). I contacted them & they admitted they couldn't find the package & needed 48 hours to investigate. They got back to me & confirmed the package was lost. I contacted My MotorWorld & explained the situation. They said they'd need to contact EVRI themselves, as the sender. They promised to email me the following day. No email arrived, so I told them I need the oil by Friday. They promised to email me the following day (Wednesday). No email. I phoned them again & they said the courier needs 48 hours to try & find the parcel. I once again told them I need the oil by Friday. They promised to email me an update. Wednesday came and no response from MyMotorworld (again). Tried phoning them, sorry we can't take your call right now. So, I emailed them & asked for a refund. They refunded me on the Friday. I felt it would have been better customer service just to send out a new bottle of oil. Instead they left me hanging and I ended up going to a main dealer to purchase oil at a much higher price. This was obviously an inconvenience to me as it took time, and extra cost to do so, and the oil I wanted (Castrol Magnatec DX) wasn't available anywhere else.

The parcel being marked as lost by the courier is clearly not the outcome anyone wants, and I appreciate how frustrating it would have been to be left without clear updates while you were trying to meet a specific deadline. The delays in communication you experienced from our side are also not up to the standard we aim for.

Once the courier confirmed the parcel as lost, a refund was processed as quickly as possible. That said, I understand your point that a replacement would have been the better outcome in this situation, particularly given the urgency and the inconvenience caused.

Your feedback has been taken on board regarding both follow-up updates and handling time-sensitive replacements more proactively in future.
