This company is AMAZING. They’ve serviced my boiler for Years. Only ever had one problem & it was resolved in two days. Can’t fault them at all & at a reasonable price.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lady on the phone was polite and helpful once ScottishPower had sent the request she booked me in for a time that was convenient. She remembered the days I would be at home and called me today with a cancellation. The engineer was on time and completed the service as required, no complaints from me

Booked service weeks ago, Liam Jones-Mansueto was very polite, and knowledgeable, had 3 reminders he was coming, but a 'heads-up' am or pm would have been helpful. Realised the timing clock was broken, (don't use it in the summer), hopefully still available. ScotPower service plan.

Chris has been servicing my boiler for the last 5/6 years. He provided an excellent service on each occasion, always polite and respectful. Chris always phones ahead of his scheduled appointment to let me know he is nearby I live alone so it’s a comfort knowing who will be knocking at my door.

This firm has serviced my boiler for a number of years. It has also carried out repairs to the pump and 3 way valve in the past.

I had my boiler serviced today by Mylocalgasman (Chris Cox) and couldn’t fault the service. He was right on time, really polite, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.

It’s always a bit of a relief when tradespeople just get on with the job professionally and respectfully, and that’s exactly what I got today. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Another excellent service by Chris today. He phoned me to let me know when to expect him. Arriving as promised the service was performed and he explained

Joe was very professional and carried out the service to our boiler. This company is excellent in its response to calls and keeps you well informed regarding their visit.

My boiler worked perfectly before it was serviced by this company. The very first time I tried the hot water an hour or two after it was serviced it didn’t work.
When I complained I was told that my version of events was not plausible. I was also told there was no guarantee that a boiler would work after a service. He refused to take any action.

Chris is really professional in his job , very courteous and respectful of property and pets. Very knowledgeable and explained the working of my boiler to me. Everything left neat and tidy

Absolutely fantastic. Booked in for a service, rang half an hour before arriving and the engineer was really efficient and professional. Received communication as a follow up within 2 hours of the service being complete. Would recommend.
