First time buyer - happy!
First time buyer, someone recommended the gel polish, and it didn’t disappoint! Arrived much faster than the estimate, well packaged, free delivery and a discount at the time made it a great buy. I’ve never done gels before but it was really easy - slow and steady - and they’ve looked flawless for one full week. No hint of chipping, but the first one did start to lift today - day 8 - and I’ve been able to very deliberately peel it off (sooo satisfying!). My nails are quite long, and not that thick/strong, so I think them bending with day to day tasks has put pressure on them, hence the lift. Be realistic with your expectations - you do need to prep your nails properly, you do need to apply several thin coats, and cure each layer, and you just need to bear your natural nails and habits in mind. For a manicure to really last, you have to protect it. TBH I’m glad to have the excuse to get them off so I can try one of the other colours I bought! Going to trim my nails right down and see how long it lasts without the bendy pressure…

All I can say is that your courrier…
All I can say is that your courrier lied. He said it was left in an out building
on the 12th then its delivered by another courrier on the 13th
Why not just say you couldn't find us and it was back at the depot.
We looked for ages, really disappointed at the service!!!!

Good product! It does the job!
I have no complaints whatsoever, it does what it says on the tin. The wax melted nicely and I have everything I needed to get started. I can't review the wax itself because - since I have a super sensitive skin - I use the hot wax brand I usually trust, which melted beautifully in this kit. Satisfied with the product!

No next day delivery, no order update
I paid for next day delivery which wasn’t provided, I then asked for an update on my order and was told it was awaiting DPD collection. I have seen no movement on this order since Wednesday 08.06.26. I asked again for an update and was told a new carrier would be delivering my order, again I have received no further correspondence or communication about my order since requesting a tracking or location of my order.

Ordered 3 sets of nails and paid for…
Ordered 3 sets of nails and paid for next day delivery. DPD didn’t attempt to deliver but showed a photograph of an empty bag on their tracking site.
Contacted Mylee with full explanation and to request a refund to include the delivery fee, still no response 4 days later!
Disappointing customer service from both carrier and Mylee.
