SCAM - Terrible flowers, no customer service. They said they were going to be late to deliver after I paid £15 for the same day and I ordered the larger size bouquet. There was 6 stems and they looked absolutely terrible. Very embarrassing when you’re thanking someone! No response from them at all!

Paid for same day delivery at around 9am. Didn't arrive until around 6pm the next night.

Flowers arrived but were dead less than 3 days later.

Asked for a refund and they refunded only the same day delivery cost.

All complaints are through WhatsApp and is absolutely terrible.

Please for the love of God, save yourself the disappointment and do not use this company!

Order flowers for same day delivery did not arrive I had to email them asking for the delay there excuse was shortage of courier say would redelivery two days later.I ask for full refund they offered a upgrade and still got the order wrong would not recommend this company stear well clear

Scan scam scam do not use this site I ordered Flowers for my anniversary. They did not come during the three hour window that I was told they would come in. Do not use save your money. I’ve emailed and messaged the company and heard nothing back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM! Customer service is shocking and the flowers are not as they advertise. Hardly any flowers, and they’re half dead. They arrived 2 days late after paying £15 for delivery and refuse to refund me my money! Baring in mind I had already asked for a refund before the order was confirmed. But customer service will not respond until they have confirmed it. They could only offer £15 off my next order which is pointless as I will never use them again. Don’t waste your time or money.

Really good service, professional & prompt!

Really poor! Ordered some flowers on Sunday and paid £15 for same day delivery. They then messaged to say that they couldn't deliver on Sunday, but could the next day (refunding the delivery fee). Not ideal if you need the flowers for a certain time. Initially I said that Monday was no good, but it transpired that it was so I have asked them to deliver on Monday, which so far hasn't been acknowledged. Customer service is via WhatsApp messaging and when trying to get an update on what's going on you just get automated messages, which, if you reply to them apparently pushes you to the bottom of their list.

No idea if I'll receive the flowers, but I would not use these people again.

I ordered a bouquet with a guaranteed delivery window of 9am–12pm. By 11:54am, having received no updates whatsoever, I contacted customer support via WhatsApp to ask where my order was.

I didn’t receive a response until 3:06pm, and all they did was send me a Royal Mail tracking link. There was no apology, no acknowledgement that the delivery window had already been missed, and no attempt to explain the delay. The tracking then showed my order wouldn’t arrive until 4pm–7pm.

I replied asking for further assistance, but I’ve been completely ignored ever since.

What made the experience even more frustrating is that there is no option to speak to anyone by phone. The only customer support available is via WhatsApp, where responses are incredibly slow and, in my case, simply stopped altogether.

Delays can happen, but poor communication and non-existent customer service are much harder to excuse. A simple apology and some proactive communication would have gone a long way.

The whole site is a scam. The pics of the bouquet and the price do not match. The price is for a small size. But the pic is of a medium size. The delivery prices was a huge scam adding additional fees. I did not receive the bouquet at all and they called to say they tried to deliver but no one home, which is a lie as I was in all day. So she then offered delivery for another day so I said no and want a refund. I'm still waiting till this day. Please please don't use. I paid over £80 for a £54 bouquet. The rest was delivery. The phone number does nothing

Lovely flowers delivered to the door even in a big apartment block. Great and fast communication and very friendly staff. Will use again.

Ordered a birthday gift on Saturday for same day delivery got a message later saying they couldn't deliver and would refund the delivery charge and give and additional gift. Sunday had the same message and still weren't delivered. Monday I checked the account I had with them and it showed delivery for Tuesday. Messaged on WhatsApp no reply. Looked at other reviews and people have similar experiences. The offer they have is obviously too much for them to deliver so I won't be using again.

I needed a bouquet for a specific date for a significant bereavement anniversary. I ordered it to be delivered to myself the day before the date I needed it so that I had it available to place on the grave on the actual anniversary.

The bouquet was not delivered on the requested day - despite saying it would be delivered by 6pm. No answer to webchat, no answer to email, however, I did get a late answer via the whatsapp number. They told me that everything had 'gone right' at their end and it was the courier that was the problem.

The courier was Royal Mail, they sent the bouquet via 24 hour tracked delivery. Royal Mail are very up front about the fact that 24 hour tracked delivery is not guaranteed next day - it is an 'aim' for them to deliver next day.

Very luckily I received the bouquet relatively early the next day (the day after the expected delivery day), but the flowers were wilted and quite worse for wear. Not what you expect when you spend almost £70 on a bouquet.

This is not good enough, if you offer a specific day delivery you should use a reliable courier who guarantees delivery for the specified day. No resolution offered other than a basic apology and blame placed on the courier.

The flowers themselves were beautiful and in a lovely arrangement, but I would not use this site again. Even if just buying for myself I wouldn't want to risk £70+ for the chance the flowers will be wilted/dead.

These were a gift for an 18th birthday the young lady loved the flowers would 💯 recommend

My friend surprised me with these flowers for my birthday. Since he lives in another country, he didn't know my address, so the My Flowers team contacted me to confirm it. They did this at no extra cost and delivered the flowers right on time.
The service was excellent, the staff were lovely and helpful, and the flowers were incredibly fresh and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommended!
