I am extremely disappointed with the standard of service I have recently received at My Dentist, Coventry.
Making an appointment and receiving appropriate treatment has become a frustrating experience, and I now feel that the practice is more focused on generating income than providing quality patient care.

I have been a patient at this practice for over two years and had no significant concerns until recently. I booked an emergency appointment due to severe jaw pain and tooth sensitivity. During that visit, I was seen by a new dentist who examined me for less than five minutes before telling me there was nothing wrong and discharging me without any treatment or further investigation.

As a result, I continued to suffer excruciating pain for the next two weeks, relying heavily on painkillers just to cope. I then paid and booked another appointment for the same issue. This time, after taking an X-ray, the same dentist informed me that I had a tooth infection and a cracked tooth, conditions that should arguably have been identified during my first emergency appointment.

During the consultation, I felt pressured towards costly treatment options. As I was mentally overwhelmed and distressed at the time, I suggested/requested a course of antibiotics to manage the infection while I considered my treatment options. The dentist eventually agreed to prescribe them.

Following this experience, I asked to speak to the practice manager to raise my concerns and request a different dentist. The manager was unavailable, so I left my contact details, including my email address and telephone number, requesting a call back. I returned to the practice on three separate occasions to follow this up, but I was still unable to speak to a manager or supervisor, and no one contacted me.

Sadly, this experience has completely changed my opinion of My Dentist. A practice that I once trusted now appears to have lost the high standard of care and professionalism that initially earned my confidence. I hope my complaint is taken seriously, that it is fully investigated, and that steps are taken to improve both patient care and the way concerns are handled.

I like the airflow service to keep teeth and gums healthy.

And when I needed a filling I was pleased with the quality of the work.

And the assistant plus the reception team are great.

For me the location in Whitland is convenient.

I have just completed my treatment including a crown, bridge and extraction and can honestly say as a very nervous patient that I had such a great experience from the lovely receptionists who are so warm and welcoming to my Dentist Barney who was just wonderful. Barney has given me back my smile making me feel confident with his very professional and caring gentle manner. Thank you so much Barney you are an absolute superstar!

Very friendly and quick to get treatment.

Killingworth dentist staff are always so friendly and helpful. Guarav always makes me feel comfortable and explains the treatments and talks and keeps me at ease during my appointments. I Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend 😄

Mydentist in Tonypandy are excellent. The reason I say this is that as a 50 year old man I have been to a number of dentists however since being with them in the last 10 years they have always been consistently brilliant. Starting with text reminders for appointments, then be greeted professionally at the reception on arrival, it is all very polished.
Then as for the Dentist, I have only ever seen Laura Dinuta who has completely changed my anxiety levels when visiting a dentist that I used to have. Laura is always so positive and puts you at ease immediately, her assistants are just as good.
I can't praise high enough.

A first rate Dental practice which cater for N.H.S. patients as well as private patients.
This type of Dental practice is a must in today's society. I feel very grateful to be a patient at this Dental practise.

Dentist would not stop trying to upsell me on more procedures when I was in tears and mid-panic attack at the cost of treatment plan. Total lack of compassion and felt like I was treated as an ATM instead of a patient.

The quality of care I receive from Joanna - and have done over the last 4 years is outstanding - and her assistant Bev is always very considerate and great with updates.

I think most people are scared of the dentist 😬 well I certainly am - but as I have gum disease and have done for many years the thought of losing my teeth overcame my fear. I was referred to My Dentist from my own dentist. Luckily the pain of cleaning was numbed but Mr Paul Weston and Joseph from the Worcester Practice, the hygienist together with their assistants and the reception team make a unpleasant experience a pleasant one, makes all the difference happy, smiling, caring staff. Highly recommend.

I have attended my Dentist in Poynton for several years. My dentist Karina is professional, caring and kind who is thorough with examinations, putting me at ease and taking time to fully explain any procedures including any cost that maybe necessary. The nurse and reception staff are lovely and friendly with a warm welcome. Appointments are booked promptly with reminders.
I would highly recommend.

The practice was clean and the staff were incredibly welcoming. My dentist (Dr. Vassi) was caring, knowledgeable, explained things clearly and answered any questions I had.

As a long time sufferer of anxiety by going to the dentist, I found that the person we saw was very understanding to my needs and very professional, we have used this Dentist for 35 years and have some not very understanding dentist to my needs, however we have found one that was amazing and explained everything to me as she was doing my routine check up, thank you for your patience and understanding it means a lot.

Excellent servi ce and very friendly staff

I would highly recommend Isha at My Dentist Berkhamsted. I am a nervous patient and Isha always puts me at ease. Everything is explained fully and there is no rush. Isha is friendly and gentle. I feel my teeth are being well cared for. My worries are dealt with in a compassionate manner. The service is first class 10/10.
