We are sorry to hear you haven't received your order, but have to say we were unaware of this as you haven't contacted us to enquire. We are aware of delays as a result of both Royal Mail and the Post Office taking strike action recently and the consequent backlog caused, or even the possibility the item was lost in the postal system.
