Jade’s jewellery is such lovely quality and so unique. I’ve had some lovely earrings and get so many compliments on them. I’ve also done a jewellery workshop with Jade recently and she’s communicated the whole process letting me know which stage my design was at including this week when she told me they will be delivered to me in the next few days. I can’t wait to see the result. Thank you Jade, I will be back for more!

I have purchased many items from Dainty as I love their items, including many earrings, necklaces, bracelets and I even designed my own diamond ring as a treat to myself, I can honestly say they have always so professional and knowledgeable and the experience of designing my very own ring was such a lovely experience, Jade having me involved at every stage to confirm it’s exactly what I wanted, can’t recommend them enough!!

I don’t like writing a negative review but feel this is necessary.
Products from this company are lovely.
However Jades lack of communication is a big let down.
Failure to reply to emails for well over a week and having to send reminder emails is unacceptable.
I sadly will not be purchasing from Dainty London again.
Good customer service is key and I found the whole process very frustrating.
I’m sure that others who read my review will understand my concerns.
The reply from Dainty is totally untrue.
There was no 2 day reply, no new necklace made ….

I did previously apologise for the brief delay in responding to your emails. The delay was only two days, as I do not work at weekends. As a small independent jeweller, I personally handle all customer enquiries. While I always aim to reply as quickly as possible, there can occasionally be short delays.
Regarding the order, the original request was for a solid gold necklace which was ordered, paid for, and made. After this process had begun, you decided you would prefer to have an existing gold necklace re-plated instead. To help, I offered this service at a significantly reduced price of £45 (approximately 50% of the usual cost). Gold re-plating with many jewellers is typically over £120, particularly given the recent increase in gold prices, so this was intended as a fair and supportive option.
I’m sorry that this situation occurred during what was clearly a stressful personal time for you. As a small business run by real people, I always aim to treat customers fairly and with understanding, and I appreciate the same courtesy in return. I genuinely try to help wherever possible and to resolve situations in a reasonable way.
I wish you all the best moving forward and hope you are able to have your necklace re-plated with another jeweller in the future who meets your expectations.

Hemera Gold ring
Jade kept me informed and updated of my order all the way through. It took longer than expected to receive my ring but that was not any fault of Dainty London. They were waiting for jewellery to come back from being hallmarked. Jade was constantly sending email updates to let me know what was happening. The ring is absolutely stunning and the detail is amazing. They also included an extra gift because of the delay. Very happy with my purchase, love it.

I’ve been buying jewellery pieces from Dainty London for many years for myself and my nieces birthdays and I am always very impressed. Their pieces are absolutely beautiful and crafted with exceptional quality and attention to detail.
