⭐ 0 Stars for MYCASETY The Masters of Selling Rubbish
Oh MYCASETY, you sent me an email asking for a review. Are you serious? Where do I begin? If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to pay for disappointment wrapped in bubble wrap, look no further. These sellers aren’t just bad, they’re performance artists in the medium of rip-off. Their business model? Take your money, send you something that looks like it was made during arts and crafts hour at a kindergarten, and vanish faster than your refund request.
🎭 The MYCASETY Experience™
• You order a phone case. You get a warped piece of plastic that looks like it was rejected by a dollar store in 1997. The ad is misleading.
• You ask for support. They send you a reply written by a bot that’s clearly been trained on broken English and passive aggression. Telling you to read the ad properly next time.
• You try to return it. Suddenly, the company has amnesia, a new name, and a shipping address that leads to a volcano in Iceland.
Honestly, MYCASETY should be renamed MYCONJOB. It’s like they took the concept of customer service, set it on fire, and danced around the ashes.
🧻 Quality Control? Never Heard of Her
The products are so bad, they make Wish look like Harrods. You’re not buying accessories, you’re buying props for a sketch comedy about online scams. The stitching? Crooked. The materials? Flammable. The packaging? A sad sandwich bag with a sticker that says “luxury.”
If you’ve ever wanted to pay $40.00 plus, for something that looks like it came free with a cereal box, MYCASETY is your dream come true.
🕵️‍♂️ The Mystery of the Vanishing Order
Tracking numbers? Fictional. Delivery dates? Aspirational. Customer service? A ghost town run by tumbleweeds and broken promises.
They’ll tell you your order is “on the way”, which apparently means it’s being hand-delivered by a sloth riding a unicycle across the Pacific.
🚫 Final Verdict: Run, Don’t Walk
If you’re thinking of buying from MYCASETY, do yourself a favour:
• They will take your money
• And if you get your order, you will throw it in the bin
• At least then you’ll know where it went
These sellers are the Houdini’s of accountability. Crooks in clickbait clothing. If you want actual products that don’t disintegrate on contact, shop literally anywhere else. Temu, AliExpress, a garage sale, your neighbour’s recycling bin. all better options.
MYCASETY is not just a bad brand. It’s a cautionary tale.

BUYERS BEWARE

The product is extremely flimsy and so bad I refuse to put my $2000 phone in it. The product is simply an overcharged thing piece of plastic that's all.

Now they are refusing to refund my money.

I should have stuck with purchasing another one of my old cases...a little more expensive but I feel 100 percent confident they will protect my phone unlike this cheap thing that they overcharged for. I'm going to dispute the charges and thinking of reporting them to the Attorney Generals

Ordered a Jazz Retro Style Anyi-fall…

Ordered a Jazz Retro Style Anyi-fall Protective Leather Phone Case For my ZFold 4 from Mycasety in Facebook for $50 (USD). It arrived from China in a reasonable amount of time. After I opened the box I found the case to appear to be durable and I liked the stylus pen on the back and the kickstand. But, the very first time I pulled open the kickstand on the back of the phone case it fell off. Closer examination and it was cracked at the connection point and it would not click back on. I contacted the company via Facebook and WhatsApp both gave automatic response you had to send an email and they would respond in 24 hours. A week later and they responded blaming me for opening it too hard. They offered to replace it but I had to send them $10. I should have checked Truspilot before ordering as they were rated 3.8 on here.

They lied and said the case was made of…

They lied and said the case was made of aluminum it arrived and was not i paid 79 buck for a plastic POS, I filed a claim through PayPal to get the money back and of course they want the item back except it cost almost 79 bucks to ship it back to China even though they use a address here in the states (California) i shipped it to the address given in California because the post office could find the address in China, I do not recommend

Case shattered when dropped

Case shattered when dropped. Very flimsy. Didn't last a week. Customer service ignored my wife's email. They responded when I sent one and said they would replace if I sent another £20 for postage. Do not buy these cases. They are very flimsy and the sceeen is not shatterproof plastic. Zero rating!

Pen slot really convenient

Very happy with this purchase. The Samsung case is sleek and great protection. The stylus of my fold5 can be put into the pen slot, which is really convenient.
