Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Now one year later, they sent me a phishing email telling me I can win money. I’m not kidding.
This is a drop shipping company
This is a drop shipping company, a total scam. When you request to return the overpriced rubbish, they eventually direct you to a Chinese address and say they'll refund you when the goods have arrived! Fortunately I paid using Paypal and as the goods were counterfeit I was able to claim my money back through PayPal dispute. I have already reviewed this company and trust pilot took it down as I no longer had proof of purchase, having had my emails hacked. Let's see how long this review lasts. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If it look like a pig, smells like a pig, sounds like a pig, then it's a pig.
WolfFashion/WWMode
I bought a €70 jacket from WW Mode, thinking it was a German company. The website made no mention of the products being shipped from China; it seemed local and reputable. Shipping took weeks, and when the product finally arrived, it was of extremely poor quality. The jacket didn't match the materials described online and felt very cheap absolutely not worth the price.
When I requested a return (in accordance with my right of withdrawal under German law), I was not offered any due process. Instead, I received discount codes and offers to keep the item. It was clearly a strategy to avoid refunds.
After further research, I discovered that the company GTECOMBV is a dealer allegedly run by Thomas Mulder. This company appears to be operating numerous fraudulent businesses throughout Europe under various names. The linked shops include:
• wwmode.de/
• sandsberg.de/
• frendorf.de/
• ivyshape.com/
• fudus.de/
• ravikna.com/
• shopmyla.co.uk/
• luvik.fi/
• heidi-mode.de/
These shops operate not only in Germany, but also in Finland, Norway, the UK, and other countries. Many customers have had similar experiences: long delivery times, inferior goods, and a lack of willingness to return items.
This appears to be a widespread scam exploiting consumers with misleading websites and clunky customer service. If your money and time are important to you, avoid WW Mode and all of the shops listed above. Do your research before you buy, I wish I had.
They also go under the name of…
They also go under the name of Ivishape.com. chances are you are here because you realised it is a total scam. It is possible to get your money back if you accidentally bought from a company like this. Here's how to do it: When you receive the unwanted item, take a picture of the item and look for a picture of the listing. Chances are that by now they have taken it off their website, so you won't find the original listing. Therefore look for your order receipt in your emails. If the order receipt picture is too fuzzy to use as evidence, use google image search, which will likely find you the original picture that they had stolen off another website, like amazon. Now send the actual picture and the listing picture to them and let them know that the item is not what you had ordered and that their item is ready for collection from your chosen address and you are expecting a full refund. Repeat sending this message to every response they send, politely declining offers for vouchers or partial refunds and letting them know that you are not obliged to post anything to them, since they mis-sold you the item. After 15 days contact your credit card provider, detailing when you bought the item and any related details (they will need order number and reason for why it can be considered a scam. They will also need to know which (unacceptable) offers the vendor had made and any other evidence your bank requires. Leave it to the bank to claim your money back.
The worsts e-commerce courses/coaching
The worsts e-commerce courses/coaching
I followed everything (yes because not in this website
wolffashion.de ... but in another website from the same owner, he sold some dropshipping courses that dosen't work) ... and I'm now homeless (in reality I was homeless few weeks ago but now thanks to a miracle, not from Thomas obviously, I'm not homeless... for now) :(
I will try to summarize this : I followed everything Thomas said during 8 months, and I was homeless ...
Now for more details : I bought the course for around 50 euros in 2022 and then I followed the 7 days challenge in 2023. With the 7 days challenge, I made 18k euros of profits. My biggest profit in dropshipping. Then I tried to follow the course and make this a living, I can assure you I tried everything, and in 100 products and 10 000 euros of ads spends, nothing, almost 0 profit after 8 months of hard trying. In fact took in count (no in fact, because he didn't sell anything now) I saw another review (unfortunately hidden because this is in Netherlands), from a guy that took the coaching option, now that I tried as hard as possible the courses from Thomas with no results, I understand now this review, and it won't surprise me that this bad review in Netherlands is real ... and now I'm (was) homeless, and that's hard.
EDIT : And now I see Thomas has erased everything from his website to his YouTube/Tiktok channel. I want to say amazing job ! Seriously this is not professionnal at all !!!
They are a scam
They are a scam. I ordered three items of clothes well over 200 CHF, and only one pair arrived after three weeks wait. The other two items not. Since then its been another two weeks waiting (as they said it was on its way) and today I saw the website is down and emails don't work.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They promise to deliver within 10 days, but then when the order came very late, I got an email saying it would be delivered soon since the items were damaged on inspection. I no longer needed the shoes by this time, but could not request a refund as they said that the new shoes were already on their way. I just got the shoes and they are cheap plastic, not the genuine leather as promised. They are described as orthopedic shoes, but the inner and external soles are made out of hard, cheap plastic. When I wanted to return the items, the email returned and the website has shut down. I got spam mails as recent as February 18.
Absolute frauds
Absolute frauds! They never sent the item. It was marked as being on its way, then after I contacted them they claimed the item got lost. After wanting to claim a refund they wrote this was not possible.I’m just glad my credit card was good enough to reimburse me.
Cheap plastic product sold at exorbitant prices.
I expected my product to be coming from Germany or the Netherlands but that is not the case. It comes from China. And it is cheap plastic fabric sold at exorbitant prices. At Shein, the product I bought would have costed 5 Euros because of the material and workmanship. The sizing is wrong. Keep away. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company.
WOLFF DAMENMODE (HONG KONG YAMING GROUP): A Scam Enabled by PayPal's Inaction
WOLFF DAMENMODE (HONG KONG YAMING GROUP LIMITED) is a fraudulent company operating under a false German identity and deceptive website, that has conned numerous customers in Germany and across Europe. They deceive consumers by presenting themselves as a reputable local retailer, while being based in China.
Upon reviewing the overwhelming negative reviews on Trustpilot, it becomes clear that this seller has a long history of misleading advertising, delivering low-quality merchandise that does not match the descriptions, and making the return process extremely difficult and costly for customers.
I experienced first-hand the seller's blatant disregard for customer rights and attempted fraud: in early January 2025, I placed an order with WOLFF DAMENMODE. Their website led me to believe I was interacting with a legitimate German retailer, when in fact I was dealing with a Chinese company (HONG KONG YAMING GROUP LIMITED). This is yet another tactic used by the Hong Kong YaMing Group Limited to misrepresent the true nature of their business. I felt completely misled, which prompted me to submit a formal complaint to them and opened a case with PayPal, asking the seller to CANCEL MY ORDER, STOP THE SHIPMENT IN CHINA, and ISSUE A FULL REFUND of my payment. They instead attempted to mislead PayPal by responding that they would issue a refund only after they had received the physical goods back from me; they must be fully aware that I did not have the possession of the physical goods, because the package was still in transit in China(!).
Even more disappointing is PayPal's 'business as usual' approach. Despite being a supposed credible payment platform, PayPal allows this fraudulent company to continue operating without taking necessary action to protect consumers. Even after PayPal has finally decided in my favour, I still found their overall lack of initiative in banning WOLFF DAMENMODE unacceptable. Their inaction contributes to the ongoing deception of hundreds, if not thousands, of customers in Germany and across Europe. I have formally alerted the European Consumer Centre Germany about the fraudulent activities of WOLFF DAMENMODE (Hong Kong YaMing Group Limited) and the fact that PayPal has maintained a 'business as usual' approach, facilitating customers across the EU and Europe to be deceived by this company. As the payment platform, PayPal should be held responsible for not protecting its customers from such fraudulent activities.
I encourage other victims of WOLFF DAMENMODE to take a stand by reporting your experiences to the EUROPEAN CONSUMER CENTRE NETWORK (ECC) in your home countries. Please provide clear information in your Power of Attorney (the form is available on ECC-Net website) and send this document to PayPal as evidence (or to any payment company you used in your transaction):
Defendant: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
Co-Defendant: WOLFF DAMENMODE
Keywords: PayPal's business as usual approach, consumer fraud, fraudulent business practices.
Contact the EUROPEAN CONSUMER CENTRE NETWORK (ECC) in your home country and file a complaint. We need to hold both PayPal and Wolff Damenmode accountable for their action/inaction, and we can stop this fraud and protect other consumers from similar experiences.
Fake and smelly
The sneaerks were fake and literally stink so bad that they can't be worn. I have been waiting for weeks for return information but instead I only get totally pointless daily emails reassuring me about how much they want to help me and how much they regret the delay. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
Don't do it!!!! Stay away!!!
Don't even think about it. This company is the worst experience I've ever experienced. They do as if they where a dutch company but the items come from China. I ordered a big and heavy leather jacket and the weight was 0,9kg including package...i returned the parcel after i saw this. But now the company only wants to refund 75%. I am glad that i ordered with PayPal and could dispute it. So i received a full refund. What a bunch of ...
The ordered goods have never arrived…
The ordered goods have never arrived and the already paid money has not been returned to this day. Unfortunately, it's my own fault - but please for everyone else - hands off!
Cero Stars
Cero Stars! Wolff Damenmode
Don’t buy products on this page!!! It’s a scam!!! I ordered things there and those arrived so late. Then when they finally arrived, they are not like the pictures, bad quality and awful. I claimed about that and required them to return all merchandise (it says that you can do it), and they won’t answer any email. The phone number is fake/false and they are not in Netherlands or Germany. All products come from China. I have waiting for an answer till now. DON’T buy in this page!!!
Extremely poor quality product
Poor quality product, cheap materials, was shipped from Asia arriving in a shein like plastic bag, creased, odd smell etc.
When I wrote to them to complain and ask how to return the product they asked for photos and I knew I had been scammed.
I didn't waste another moment on them as I knew it wouldn't be worth pursuing.
But happy to post this review hoping others avoid ordering from these scammers.
Wolf Tools oder Wolff Fashion?
Wolf Tools oder Wolff Fashion? Not the same… The change of name alone shows that there is nothing serious to be found here. Cheap Chinese goods. Sometimes a shoe bears a "DAGY" stamp, in another picture it is labelled „LQEBK".
trickery
trickery, china shop.
Refunds are impossible, sending back is possible TO CHINA.
They let you think they're an european company...
They trick you with high prices
I bought a sweater for 70 €.
Before I buy online, I always read were the base of the shop is. They tell you they are a dutch company based in Holland. So I ordered it.
First....it took more than 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it was wrapped in 2 plastic bags. The outer bag was grey like from shein. That made me already suspicious. Then I saw the sweater.... horrible quality, the smell was horrible, the knitting was horrible.
Of course I wanted to sent it back... but surprise... the return shipping cost need to be payed by the buyer.... and you ship it back to the warehouse in China. Their argument is, that is more ecological. I refused to pay the shipping costs, so they offered me as an apology, a 70 % voucher for the price of the sweater for my next purchase.... RIDICILOUS... as if i would ever order again on that horrible page.
NEVER ORDER FROM THERE. Quality is tipical chinese, smell and texture horrible.
Scam
Scam. They claim to send out the products but they are not able to provide a tracking number.
I filed a case with PayPal. They even provided a fake DHL tracking number to PayPal. But that is also exactly the moment they lost the case and PayPal refunded my payment.
