Dreadful service
The shirts are OK even though they aren't licensed. The shipping times are dreadful and they just offer excuses. I orded 4 shirts coming up to 9 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped. Just not good enough. When I complained I got told it was the fault of Chinese new year, since when does Chinese new year go for 9 weeks.

I had a problem with my credit card payment and customer services were extremely helpful, which I must say rarely happens in this day and age. 10 weeks and 4 days since order and no shirts shipped
Ive placed many orders with Hooshops.com over the last few years and they have been great. The shirts are really good quality. My only issue is the time it takes to arrive. The longest Ive waited over 5 or 6 different orders is 7 weeks from order to them arriving but my last order was place 2nd Dec 2025 and it still hasn't arrived. 10 weeks and 4 days since order. Ive tried to contact multiple times through the website and facebook messages but no reply at all.
I'm not sure why as I really want the shirts. I'll keep the review updated if they do show up.

This place is a scam!!
This place is a scam!!! I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband in mid November as a Christmas gift. When December 10th rolled around and it never showed as shipped I emailed them. The responded with BS about upgrading their production line and it would ship soon. It is now January 10th and after 3 more emails STILL NOTHING!!! Not even a response! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am awaiting my money back through the credit card company.

BUYER BEWARE: This company is a scam. They take months to ship. When you request a cancellation they will not cancel. When you request a return authorization within 7 days of receipt they will not provide it. When you file with Paypal, Paypal makes you pay for the return shipment.
