I don't understand bad reviews mentioning extra charges. If you order items that are flagged as a available in Giebenach, there is no additional cost. I have ordered 3 times in the last 3 months and I had no issue with them. More : DHL totally messed up with my last order (read my review of DHL.ch!) and Musix took the case very seriously. To me that order is a benchmark of Musix's service : one of the items (an amplified monitor cabinet) is not working, which I signaled yesterday. Today they shipped a new one, before even asking me to return the faulty item.

I ordered 3 times and everything went extremely fast and the items were in perfect shape. I was about to not use this store because of the reviews I read here but then I checked google reviews and they have thousand of positive reviews. That is why I wanted to tell about my experience.
It didn't happen to me yet I had to send a product back or had to deal with customer service.
