From Hungary to the UK in ONE day!
How long would you expect a parcel to take from Hungary to the UK? Well this company got my parcel to me in ONE day! Given to courier on Monday and at my door on Tuesday! I couldn't believe it so checked the tracking details and sure enough there were all the journey details. (Only the UPS guy didn't want to wait for me to pay import duties so ran off leaving me a 'Sorry we missed you card'. He didn't even ring the doorbell. This is the second time he has done this - same guy. It was delivered the next day.) Cannot fault Muzix in any way!

Pre-amplifier Kinki Studio EX-P27
Finally I have updated my beloved tube pre-amplifier from Musical Paradise MP-701 with the Kinki EX-P27. Having running the Kinki since one week now I can tell that this update was a great idea. OK it is another price category but I think it was more than worth it. Together with my amplifier FM300A clone connected to the Wahrfedale's Elysians 4 it has a tighter bass, more clarity and very neutral and detailed sound without being sharp or harsh anywhere. Also soundstage is little wider and separation of instruments is better. I can listen for hours without fatigue and one of the things I really love: It is completely silent, has wonderful black background with an exceptionally low noise floor. In no way I am missing the "tube sound" of the MP-701 and this is something which I wasn't expecting.
From the beginning Mr. Szabolcs Orbán has accompanied me during purchase, payment and after sales service with a very good and professional support. He gave me excellent tips how to improve my setup further. Now I am thinking of replacing the FM300A with another Kinki product, with the Power amplifier EX-M7. We will see later how this will develop. Until now I am very happy.

I had a mixed experience with Muzix Audio.
The ordering process and shipping were fast and professional, and the product arrived well packed. Unfortunately, I encountered technical issues in my setup and decided to exercise my EU right of withdrawal.
While the return itself was accepted and the product was delivered back without issue, communication during the refund process was slow and required multiple follow-ups. Several emails went unanswered, which made an otherwise straightforward return unnecessarily stressful.
The refund was eventually completed, but clearer communication and more proactive handling during the withdrawal process would significantly improve the customer experience.
Based on this experience, I would recommend Muzix Audio for purchasing, but with caution when it comes to returns and after-sales support.

Ongoing issues with reimbursement and lack of transparency:
As of today, February 21, 2026, I have still not received the promised reimbursement for the shipping costs. Muzix has been in possession of my bank details for months. I even sent my payment information again via email on February 11, 2026, yet they continue to ignore the matter.
Furthermore, I want to clarify that the device and its battery were always handled properly and used under normal conditions. In their previous response, Muzix did not dispute or refute any of my criticisms regarding the handled process. Their failure to address these points only reinforces my impression of highly unprofessional and untrustworthy business behavior.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with MUZIX and cannot recommend buying from them.
The battery of my Topping G5 headphone amplifier started to swell after about one year of use. After doing some research, I found that this issue is quite common and represents a safety‑relevant defect. Under consumer law, this should entitle customers to a full refund. Despite this legal right, MUZIX refused to reimburse the purchase price and only offered a repair.
Later, I was promised a brand‑new replacement unit in writing. I accepted this offer, but instead of receiving a new device, I was sent back my old, repaired unit. Additionally, although MUZIX confirmed in writing that they would reimburse my shipping costs for sending in the defective device, I have still not received any refund to this day.
This behavior feels very unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise against purchasing from MUZIX. It is better to pay a little more elsewhere and avoid unnecessary trouble—especially when buying from a retailer outside your own country.
I would also caution against buying the Topping G5 itself. While the device performs well, the built‑in battery appears to be of poor quality. A quick search reveals many customers reporting the same swelling battery issue.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Meine Erfahrung mit MUZIX war äußerst unzufriedenstellend, und ich kann einen Einkauf dort nicht empfehlen.
Der Akku meines Topping G5 Kopfhörerverstärkers hat sich nach etwa einem Jahr aufgebläht. Bei meinen Recherchen stellte ich fest, dass dieses Problem bei vielen Käufern auftritt und ein sicherheitsrelevanter Defekt ist. Laut Gesetz hätte ich daher Anspruch auf eine vollständige Kaufpreiserstattung gehabt. Dieser Anspruch wurde mir jedoch verweigert, und mir wurde lediglich eine Reparatur angeboten.
Später erhielt ich sogar schriftlich die Zusage, ein neues Austauschgerät zu bekommen. Dieses Angebot habe ich angenommen. Statt eines neuen Geräts wurde mir jedoch lediglich mein altes, repariertes Gerät zurückgeschickt. Zusätzlich wurde mir schriftlich zugesichert, dass die Einsendekosten erstattet werden – bis heute habe ich jedoch keinen Cent zurückerhalten.
Dieses Verhalten empfinde ich als sehr unseriös. Ich kann daher nur dringend davon abraten, bei MUZIX einzukaufen. Lieber etwas mehr bei einem anderen Händler bezahlen und dafür keinen Ärger haben – insbesondere nicht bei Händlern außerhalb des eigenen Wohnsitzlandes.
Außerdem möchte ich vom Kauf des Topping G5 generell abraten. Das Gerät ist zwar an sich gut, aber der verbaute Akku scheint von schlechter Qualität zu sein. Eine kurze Recherche zeigt zahlreiche Berichte anderer Käufer mit denselben Problemen.
Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.
