STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!! They lie about their stock, non-existent customer service, late delivery without explanation to the customer. NEVER AGAIN!

RESTEZ LOIN DE CETTE BOUTIQUE !!!! Ils mentent sur leur stock, service client inexistant, livraison tardive sans explication au client. JAMAIS PLUS!

Bleiben Sie von diesem Shop fern!!!! Sie lügen über ihren Lagerbestand, nicht vorhandenen Kundenservice und verspätete Lieferung ohne Erklärung gegenüber dem Kunden. NIE WIEDER!

Bought a guitar wanted to return it …

Bought a guitar wanted to return it only after having looked at it, never played it, never took any stickers or anything off. I wasn't able to return it unless they charged 20% of the price I paid, coming up with arguments like it is not new any longer, the customers expect 100% new items bla bla bla. There are other companies that are trustable , don't ever go with houseofsound.ch they are not honest.

Don't think about buying anything here!

I've lived in Switzerland for nearly 18 years so have got used to indifferent service, but my recent experience trying to buy a big ticket item from this company took it to a whole new level.

I'd recently spent CHF 1000 on a guitar amplifier from the company - they shipped it to me in Switzerland free of charge - which is pretty much standard practice for companies when you spend over a certain lever (usually CHF 200 or sometimes less). Having beed pleased with the experience I decided to order a Fender guitar in February (CHF 1575) - it wasn't in stock so had to be ordered - no problem. March 27th I received an email that the guitar had arrived and was ready to collect. I emailed the company back and said I would like to have it shipped again and to please forward me the invoice for payment. They did - but with a shipping charge included. I emailed them back again and politely pointed out that they usually ship free of charge, and perhaps this was a mistake. I was, shocked to say the leat when I received their email response below...

.......Hi,
Look, these are our selling requirements and it is the same for everybody. If you are not o.k. with it, you are free to buy where you want.

I cancelled your order.

Wir haben ein pauschales Porto von CHF 10.-- Economy/ CHF 16.-- Priority pro Bestellung. Man kann auch 3 Paletten Ware bestellen und zahlt nur die CHF 10.--/ CHF 16.-- (Wir zahlen dafür deutlich mehr). Wir finden das eine faire Lösung, da auch wir die Portokosten zahlen und Kunden die bei uns im Laden kaufen keine CHF 10.-- Rabatt bekommen, weil die Ware selber abgeholt wurde.

Beim Amp der zuerst gekauft wurde, gab es schon ein ewiges Verhandeln um den Preis, obwohl der schon europaweit der Beste war. Nach langem hin und her hatten wir uns zu einen kleinen Rabatt und portofreier Lieferung druchgerungen. Das ist absolut nicht der Normalfall.

Jetzt komm die Gitarre, die eigentlich auf Abhollung bestellt wurde. Der Kunde will diese nun doch zugeschickt bekommen, fordert schon wieder portofreie Lieferung und findet es eine Frechheit, dass wir nicht schon wieder einwiligen.

Wir versuchen den Kunden einen guten Service zu bieten und alle gleich zu behandeln - deswegen kann es nicht sein, dass jemand immer eine Extrawurst bekommt und es eine Frechheit findet, wenn wir diese nicht immer bieten wollen.

Dass danach eine schlechte Bewertung in einem öffentlichen Portal kommt setzt dem Verhalten noch die Krone auf....
