My dark spots on my thighs are getting darker and not fading. The Dermatologist said that this might be the case in my situation, but I am hoping that in another month they are darker than when I started. She said let’s wait and see.

I am writing to share my honest experience with your product line. Please note that this is an unsolicited review based solely on my personal results.
I have been using the spot cream, acne cream, eye serum, and the spot peel and anti-aging cream. In my experience, the products are effective and truly work. While these treatments are not an overnight miracle and require a commitment of time, patience, and investment, the results are worth it.
For anyone eager to achieve glowing skin, I believe these are the right products to use.

BEWARE OF SCAM
I ordered the spot cream. At first I had a bad reaction of an itchy rash in my face so they sent me a different formula. I used it religiously for 60 days and then asked for my money back because I saw ZERO improvement of my melasma. They said they will not return my money because I didn’t check in with the eNurse, which I had no idea I was supposed to, I had been talking to the prescribing doctor. This company is a scam. Currently trying to get my money back through filing a complaint with my credit card company

POOR PACKAGING!
UPDATE:
Ahri from Musely reached out and they sent a replacement for my prescriptions. I noticed that the labels were placed lower on the bottles so that they close properly. As long as the bottles are completely closed upon arrival in this manner, I will continue with treatment. So far so good with the Estrogen & Progesterone. If the bottle issue continues, I will update with a new review.
I have been using Musely for about 4 months now and I'm waiting until the end of 6 months to leave a more accurate review on their HRT prescriptions. My complaint is the actual packaging. Twice (including my most recent shipment this week, I have received my prescription and when I open the box, all of the pills have spilled all over the entire box! The first time was the estrogen pill and this time was the Progesterone pill! These are all tiny pills and I had to rinse each one off prior to consuming them! The bottles are NOT sealed with a protective seal and the caps are not properly secured! There should be guidelines regarding this. I have autoship and have sent the USPS tracking number for your reference! Completely unsanitary and may cancel as a result.

I got a spot cream, what I was sure was one time no subscription, then they sent another 2 months later charging an unauthorized $97.00 to my account. Beware this is a very greedy company then when you try to contact them they hide amd will not respond, horrible people to deal with 100% CROOKS

Good service
I have three prescriptions through Musely for skincare. I’m pleased with the products and prices but did have a quality issue with one, about halfway through its use. Customer service was outstanding.

Too many red flags with my initial encounter to buy
I tried to use the new patient offer that was sent to me and it had expired.How in the world can you give a discount code to someone and then rescind it if not used in the timeframe you want it to be used. Red flag right there. Then next thing is I can't find a full ingredient list anywhere I search. Also red flag. I want to know what preservatives are in the formula so I can decide if I want it on my face. Going elsewhere.

Most important- their RX products actually work. And if no improvement after 60 days, you can get a refund if you keep your e-nurse check ups. You are given detailed instructions on when and how to use their products. You are notified what your order status is at every step. Shipping time is appropriate because first it goes to their pharmacy to be prepared. The Doctors you are assigned are very helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and in my experience very honest. I was advised when a product I was thinking about would not have helped my issue. You can correspond with your Doctor at any time, while actively using the product. They also have a reward/loyalty program that allows you to accumulate dollars towards your next purchase or refill, which is very helpful. You can change your refill date or cancel your script yourself on the app, if you want or need to. Overall, I am verpy satisfied with Musely.

Don't bother!
I usually try products that have some sort of guarantee so that I'm not wasting money. There are so many brands out there that make this statement its crazy and hard to determine if they're not just selling you air or if their product really works; hence the guarantee. It just gives you that extra reassurance. But I guess you really have to take that with a grain of salt sometimes, and those sometimes are applicable to this company. I want to also add that I love standing behind a brand and their product if it works, no matter what the price is! With that said, this brand and their products should have a buyer beware warning. Also, specifically because there is a medical component to their products that are specific to a patient's medical history which that in my experience they completely disregard to push their product. That creates a danger zone as patient care gets comprise!
I was on their cell repair serum and neck cream. After about a month of use, back and forth with their doctors; I finally came to a point where if I did not stop their product it will require outside medical prescription to solve what their product is doing to my skin. This was not a matter of "oh I see a reaction" I'm going to stop. It was back and forth with their doctors and considering my own medical history/ risk conclusion. But ultimately, the doctors seem to be more pushing the product and meeting number vs actually caring about what the product is doing.
When contacting their customer service to request a refund, only to be given the run around. And if you have ever dealt with a company in that category, you just know!
In conclusion if you want a company that stands behind their product, this is not the company!! But hey to each their own, if you have money to burn then have at it.

I have used the dark spot corrector for 2 minths now. All my dark spots are faded to nothing. I went to my dermatologist and brought my musely prescription and she confirmed that this was exactly what I needed to erase the dark spots. My face feels soft. I am 100% behind musely. Now if I could get rid of the bags I would be a happy camper! Suggestions?
