Is it really good value?
I didn’t like the way the ‘extras’ (ie what you’d expect might be included as standard) appeared after Multytrip snared you in with the headline price figure. The final cost added up in the end. I’m not sure if they are that good value.

Using your online service was very good easy and clear but moving into the portal not so easy .I could not remember my password.The question about my mothers maiden name was a bit strange as i dont ever recall having that question requested for a new password.I did answer the question and put my mothers maiden name into the answer and then your online did not accept. That is were i am left .I have not got access to the portal as I did not get a chance to try for a new one ..
I have used this company for years for travelling and always found great service .
