I’ve been a customer for a decade now and plan to continue being a customer. The renewal premiums have stayed fairly consistent with the previous year’s price. I’ve only needed to claim once for some medical assistance (appointment and prescription cost) and had no issue with this. Good service and cost.

Terrible phone service. Took 5 attempts to finalise the policy. No body rings you back. Calls drop all the time. So infuriating and such a disappointing service. Would not recommend the company

1 star is too much !!
I sent an email on June 11th as I could not cancel auto renewal within my account. I requested the auto renewal was cancelled. My email was responded to with an automated response telling. I did not receive anything else so I emailed again on the 17th June again stating I did not want to auto renew. On 19th June £41.72 was taken from my account: I have still not heard from the company and have sent a third email requesting a refund, again an automated response telling me they were very busy and don’t send duplicate emails !! Terrible customer service would not recommend. I will now be contacting my bank to try and get my money back.

Easy to deal with, paid out for my husband appendicitis while in Gran Canaria as he went ito a private hospital and we had to stay an extra week. Everything was covered, will now renew every year.
