Disappointing. Sent wrong product and no apology

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered laziza ginger garlic paste as advertised on their website and paid for postage. They delivered a completely different brand that was not ordered. Very disappointed. Will not recommend this company to others. I complained on the website email address provided but was not given a response. Very poor service.

Perfect shop

I’ve been ordering from Mullaco for a few years now. Never had an issue. Excellent service.
The product are always of great quality.
Even the frozen items come in perfect condition.
My favourite shop.

Not had parcel del

Not had parcel delivered dpd left parcel for me to collect 6 miles away said l was not in camera shows he never came text me saying betreen7 o’clock and 8 o’clock never turned up

It’s been 10 days ,I ordered some…

It’s been 10 days ,I ordered some spices, my order has been confirmed but I’ve not received my parcel.How long it’s gonna take ,no clue. They charged £6.99 for delivery. Not had any updates or anything on my order status. Really disappointed with the service considering it’s my first time buying.
