A great service for Hornsea Pottery and Denby owners
We have had our Hornsea Pottery (Cornrose) for over 40 years. We don't have a lot of it but, what we do have, is in daily use. When our gravy/sauce jug got broken recently, we thought that was that. I went online to see if any was available and your website popped up! You had a jug in stock so I placed my order and it arrived this week. Ordering was easy and straightforward. It's reassuring to know that we can replace pottery that is no longer made. We also have a Denby dinner service so, if anything happens with any of the pieces, it's great to know we can get replacements.

Found replacements for very old crockery
Mr Pottery found stoppers for our old Poole salt and pepper pots. Plastic ones that are better than the old rubber ones which have perished.

Well where do I start. So pleased I found these little Denby cups. Been looking for them for ages. Mr Pottery AKA Mike was prompt and helpful. I made a mistake on delivery address and he quickly sorted it. Royal Mail were unusually lapse with delivery but with Mikes help it all got sorted. Mike not only sent another parcel out to be immediately but I eventually received the 2 parcels at the same time !!! In which Mike said ‘ pleased they came and please enjoy the second parcel on us !!!’ Well what can I say but a huge thank you and what a kind gesture from his company. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending Mr Pottery to anyone interested in collecting China no longer available but one still wants. Thank you 🙏

Brilliant product and service
I chose Mr Pottery because I liked how the items were graded with what sounded like an honest explanation. This was enhanced by the option of returning and I was prepared to pay more for these features. I ordered a Denby mug described as 'Excellent' and indeed it was. It looked brand new and I am very pleased with it. The service was also very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
