I was vaguely aware of the existence of public notaries but had little knowledge of their role, function and relevance in today’s business proceedings. However correspondence with a significant Canadian financial institution made me realise I was about to learn much more about the profession and its influence in international legal matters.
I trawled the ‘Net for public notaries and was intrigued by Mr Notary, working from a local Nottingham office.
A quick phone conversation with Sorin convinced me to email him with my documents and an appointment was booked two days later. An hour with him was an absolute delight with a potted history of the role, the academic qualifications for it and how crucial it is for individuals and companies working across continents and cultures. All this was done while we worked together through my papers and he eventually notarised them. Sorin produced an electronic version of the documents and it was approved by the British stockbrokers for the Canadian company within two days.
I have another application requiring a similar treatment and won’t hesitate availing myself of Mr Notary’s services again!

My husband and myself had the pleasure of meeting Sorin when we needed to complete a Power of Attorney document for our house purchase in Spain. From the initial enquiry to our documents arriving in Spain (all within 1 week!) we were kept informed every step of the way! Sorin goes out of his way to explain everything in a very simple and concise manner to ensure that you understand everything completely and has the most polite and cheery nature whilst maintaining his professionalism at all times! Sorin provides a professional service that was completed to my satisfaction. It was easy to find Sorin's office in Nottingham, where I was personally met by Sorin on arrival to his office floor and once my documents wree notarised, he accompanied me to the ground floor exit.
