Awful! Joined and won £270 soon as I won my account got blocked, I have sent all documents, ect and still haven’t received my money, can’t get into my account and customer service haven’t a clue as to what they’re doing. Shocking casino avoid at all cost

Right we're do I start ......First of all I signed up to this scamming casino app a few days ago .l never got my bonus spins .plus I bet 3x20 pounds deposits which I played with and never had no bonuses or free spins absolutely shocking. Then when I went to deposit again my account was blocked ....l asked why I'm blocked they told me I self excluded from one of there parent casino apps .so yes that's fine but why take my 60 pounds when they must of known this when I signed up with them ....The women on line was v rude with her comments regarding why can't I have my money back she said no fullstop .That's the way it goes ...Really ??.So how many other people have been scammed I've kept relevant emails and online chat regarding this matter and will be taking this further. Its not abt the money its abt the company and there staff v rude indeed ..ln a nutshell please please don't use the casino app I Promise you will regret it bigtime .....

You never ever win anything. bonuses never activate. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam site. It used to be good and fair but not anymore.

Same as everyone on this site, let me join, deposit , they let me play then shut down due to their sister site, they are holding MY money and state will manually send back to my account! I have given them 🆔 and can not email, can only do a chat. And they keep fobbing me off saying they will send my money and to be assured. 7 days now however 7 secs to accept my money and then close account! I strongly advise to report to the gambling commissioners. Unfairly dealt with and holding funds that I worked for.

Guys back a while I won a total of 80,000 gbp and they blocked my account requesting further identification which I provided over and over again however they kept delaying my withdrawal of 80,000 gbp. The funny thing is that they’d let me play with those funds that were pending withdrawal ( waiting for identification which I provided again n again) but wouldn’t let me withdraw. In the end I gave up, slowly gave it back to them which is what they were hoping anyway. Not a genuine casino site. I have screenshots to prove everything

Blocked my account when I hit the bonus feature.

Lately I’ve tried to make a couple of small withdrawals in the same manner as I have made several successful ones with no issues whatsoever but the last two I’ve been trying to make it. It says my withdraw is approved, but due to technical difficulties it was returned back to my player account. They say try again later the first time I tried probably 20 times to make that withdrawal and it kept saying the same thing and they never ever got back to me like they said they would once they figured out the issue issue and I end up playing it all and losing it surprise . so again 4 or 5 days later making another withdrawal and I didn’t receive a message of any type saying that there was any problems but it was taking a little longer than it usually takes so I just checked in with customer service to see that everything was OK and then boom. What did they say? Oh we’re having technical difficulties again and I get the same exact message that I did the time before but only once I messaged them so I do believe that they are doing this intentionally because of possibly a review that I gave them that wasn’t so good in which case it would be ethically wrong in my opinion.

Do not payout I have brought this to my solicitors and looking at everyone’s reviews we should try get the likes off these sites shut down

after a few withdrawals and you are winning, they will randomly lock you out of your account in the middle of play, made me lose a BJ hand as they logged me out before i could hit on an 11 vs 5, also wont let you log back in as they IP ban you so you have to use VPN to get money back

Thus could be better but i am being generous and i am giving 2 stars luckily not 0 because this thing absolutely sucks and doesn’t work properly so if it could be improved then it would get a better review so improve yourselves and then you could get a better rating and every user will like you but overall i cannot say much this

It was a good casino at the beginning, been playing here for the past 6 months and as of now im -80% from all the bets made. These last 2 months was an unlucky streak, had a big win 4 months ago, but after that nothing.

Game selection is mediocre, nothing special. Website loads ok, with occasional errors. Withdraw time is also pretty quick. Can't say anything bad from chat support, never had problems there. A plus from me because of responsible gambling limits implemented here.

I've used multiple sites and never had issues I have been using Mr green 10 weeks and have experienced a lot of issues even with unauthorised deposits on my card I did not recognise or make from mrgreen some of which were automatically refunded, and some withdrawals were successful but for the majority of big wins or withdrawals I have had issues..

but my main issue is I won €1280 euro in roulette and the game experienced technical difficulties so I didn't even realise i had won when play resumed but i saw 8 (500x) had hit during laggy lobby , it was in my history, i contacted support who eventually said they would pay and didn't, i also made a withdrawal and it never arrived into my bank.

Still hoping they can resolve my dispute with roulette and pay me my winnings.

Believe me when i say this site is rigged. I put in £150 played on 50p stake and literally didnt win a single thing. I even asked how have i deposited so much money and not even received a bonus and the response was “Due to marketing they are currently not offering promotions at this time”. So willing to take your money yet not give anything back to people. I blocked my account with them as they do not deserve my hard earned money , i wouldnt give them yours either!

They took my money hostage after I won and tried to make me jump through hoops, $280 that is rightfully mine is being held up

Avoid these scammers like the plague. They pay to advertise 100 free spins on other websites, then refuse to honour them, saying they don't have any current offers. Then they close your account if you try to discuss it with them. Absolute scum.
