Be very careful. I will contact an attorney for my wife. She won 10 000 dk and they didn't approve yet. They say is a problem with small deposits and withdraw. Nothing true . They become scammer. I give them 2 days and after they will speak with my attorney and the consumer protection authority. Let's make a union and destroy this scammers.

This qualifies as the worst experience I've ever had with a company that I initially expected to trustworthy .
I've explained my issue on chat 2 times now. Both times I was promised that the issue would be forwarded to someone who could look into it.
Haven't had a response yet.
I wrote a mail to support - outlining the issue. Still haven't had a reply..my account is temporarily closed, my money is lost ..?1 I don't know, as no one is answering my questions
As is right now, I've given up explaining in unanswered chats and/or mails, and have accepted that the small amount of cash I've transfered to Mr.Green might be lost to a fraud firm. The minute someone contacts me, I'll be happy to explain my issue again, hoping to find a solution. But as is right now..I've given up

I have same issue - waiting for my money - I have verificify everything and Got approval - I Will reviwe Them ever Day ontill they send my my money - dont go there - so sad

This company was great up until a couple months ago. I have deposited and withdrawn for a few years without any problems. But my last withdrawal of $500 CAD went missing. They ended up sending it to the wrong account and kept insisting there was nothing they could do and kept sending me this useless proof of payment from their third person company used for global payments. None of my account information was on there. It was a total joke piece of useless paper that proved nothing. It took a month for my money to bounce back from wherever they sent it. Oh and during this whole time they did nothing to attempt to locate the money, i asked for them to double check the swift code used and if they could trace the sent payment to find it. They did absolutely nothing, they ignored every attempt to ask them to verify the swift code and just kept sending me the proof of payement over snd over. They accepted no responsibility for losing my money. Sure enough a month mater they write me saying my money was back in my account (because they sent it to the wrong account, big surprise).

Fast forward a month and i decide to give it a second chance. As i said i enjoyed playing here and have never had any problems before that experience. I have won another $500 and made my withdrawal. My withdrawals have always been processed within a couple hours, every time. Well now it’s been three days without approval, and will not give me a reason for the delay. My identification is all up to date, account details are all valid, there were no bonuses or any other reason that could void my winnings. Everything is legit, its just delayed. Im almost certain this is because i called them out on their mistake with my last payment. They have probably flagged my account out of spite and will make this as difficult as possible as a punishment.

They have succeeded in making sure i never play here again, effectively losing a customer that spends alot more than he wins. Bad business. Oh and customer service is just terrible. They can’t do anything except “escalate” it and tell you to wait for an email, that’s the extent of their abilities. And live chat is the ONLY way to contact anyone at this casino, and they are completely useless.

Sad turnaround for the worse these last couple months, i wonder if management has changed or something.

If I could give zero stars I would, tried to withdraw money back in June they needed identity verified even tho I had been playing for months depositing with no issues but the one time I want to withdraw there is an issue, I sent my passport which had went out of date in may and they wouldn’t accept it as invalid, I explained I’m in my 70s and have no other id and have been told they will hold my money until I get a new passport , I don’t need a new passport as I have no intention of travelling again due to illness, I sent my bus pass with picture and name showing they won’t accept this I’ve been back and forth for 5 months now and getting nowhere fast it only 90 pound I have in the account but it’s my money that they won’t pay me back disgraceful site

Don't use this casino/bookmaker. They will make it extremely difficult to prove your identity so that they can keep your money.

Won money, they said I need to verify my account. I have sent all the documents they are asking for but it’s been 2 weeks and no winnings transferred. This is scam company and do not trust it!! Mr green and employees should be ashamed of themselves scamming people out of winnings.

I put in 100 kr , made a bet . Won up to 180 but they closed my account for verification. I thought no problem lets send documents and things are done... haha not so easy. I've been trying to contact them and get it solved . Today I've been calling and calling.. 110 calls for now each one I'm in the queue for 1min and 25 sec when they say all agents are taken.. you can do the math it's impossible that one one answers in that time.

I won a lot of money (70.000 DKK) and they are refusing to pay out even though I’ve verified my account and they have approved it. They are no longer answering my emails and still have not sent me my winnings. I have contacted an attorney and will pursue legal action.

Update: Shortly after sending this, my money was sent (what a coincidence, eh?). However, when I went to log in, I was BLOCKED FROM PLAYING ON THE SITE. I truly hope people see this and stay away from Mr. Green.

Absolutely discussed ask customer service to close my account and refund my balance, and they requested a bank statement which I provided, they have blocked my account and I then provided my bank statement through customer service once again, and still getting a email asking for a statement Absolutely disgusting for the sake of £10 making it really difficult to email or contact them by blocking the account,can you tell there closing the site down in September ripping people off.

Logged in Spain and lost several hundred pounds. Then I was told gaming in Spain was restricted and I shouldn't have accessed the website...but no refund of stakes. I've played on site in UK for several years and won absolutely nothing of any worth. Depositing £500 a week some weeks for months with no return at all. I'm glad they're closing down in UK as they're unscrupulous and conning with no regard to safer gambling requirements.

Let me open an account deposit £300 and play half of it then kick me out of the game I’m playing and not let me log back in spoke to customer chat and said because I have a William hill account I can’t have one with them and they are closing my account. I said ok are going to refund my deposit and you’ve basically stolen £140 from me when I shouldn’t have been able to open an account at all. They’ve refused and just refunded what was let in my balance. I’ve forwarded it to the gambling commission and the ADR provider for investigation. Is advise anybody else having issues with them to do the same!!

They have been holding my winnings and my money for 7 weeks! Firstly they closed my William hill and I can still play on their site, then I lost a lot but I can still deposit and play, once I made a win, they soon blocked my account and not returning my money. 7 weeks gone still waiting!
