Quick and easy to set up, Received £1,500 more than best trade in offer. Would deffo use again.

The price offered was much lower than the bid Motorway originally obtained for me.

This highlights my concern with the buyer selection process. The bidding value appears to hold very little credibility because buyers can bid high initially, but once they come to inspect the car, they raise various issues, make the seller feel that there are significant faults, and then offer substantially less than the original bid.

Your selection of the buyer has been very poor in this respect. This is exactly the reason I was avoiding selling the car privately, as I wanted to avoid this kind of hassle. Unfortunately, I have not only ended up with a very poor price compared with the original Motorway bid, but I have also wasted a significant amount of time dealing with the process.

I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. If buyers can reduce their offer so significantly after inspection, then the original bidding process has very little value or credibility for the seller.

I expect you to take this matter seriously and review how the buyer was selected. I should not have been put in this position after relying on the bid obtained through Motorway.

Great process, decent price obtained although was hoping for a bit more, in all worth doing it this way

Very efficient and a friendly pick up driver

All went well and

first valuation - decent
then sent pictures - suddenly my car was worth £1600 less.I gave a fair picture of the car but wasn't expecting that. However for ease I went through the process, and the best price was another £1000 down.

I took it as needed the car to be sold.

One week later the dealer is selling the car at £7000 more than he paid me.....

They request lots of questions- but this is good as buyer have full picture of the car. They have very low fee, which is great. Very good customer service.

The experience was made easy with the step by step App. So basically no surprises when driver came to collect car as all information was already highlighted,,and payment before driver took car was prompt so the whole experience from start to finish for me was great.
