Got a quote through Compare the Market and followed up with Motorhome protect because of their low compulsory excess. The agents on the phone line were excellent. Very patient and thorough, answered all of my questions and explained things clearly. They helped me understand the differences between policies that gave me confidence in the choice I finally made. And I still got the Compare the Market preferential rate.

A good experience
I didn't have to wait in a queue for someone to answer. The renewal process was simple and easy to understand. I have only given four stars it could be five if the documentation arrives by post as promised.

Nice talking to customer service. You need to update your web page for renewal im sure it fount work so that you'd call so they can try and sell. Wasted my lunch break having to call to pay. This is not a blip it happened last year. Won't be happy next year if we renew
