Shocking service
Shocking service. They hold your money and ignore you.
Absolutely terrible experience with MotoNovo Finance. They dragged out a simple complaint for 12 weeks when the actual solution only took a week. Because of their incompetence, it took forever to get my money refunded. You will get zero support from them—I had to chase them constantly just to get them to do their jobs. Avoid this company at all costs.
