We had been with Morton Michel for last 10 years and always found customer service very helpful and personal. I had dealt with David Norman today regarding our renewal, he was very pleasant and helpful, as always.

I have been a customer of Morton Michel since 2012, and until the last 6 months, I would have given them 5 stars. However, the absolute mess they have created for me recently is unacceptable, and I have appointed a new broker to deal with them on my behalf. I don't know whether they are struggling to find staff, or it's another issue, but the mistakes they have made recently are irreparable as a business in my eyes. I will never have the trust in them again that I once had. Shame. I always felt in safe hands with them, but now, I would tell people to run in the other direction.

I rang today to renew my Policy and David Norman was really helpful. He was polite and friendly and explained everything to me and also took the time to explain additional benefits so thank you David.

Mia took the time to get to know my business and service to ensure we had the right product. She communicated well throughout and kept me updated and completed actions as promised. Made it very easy thank you!

Recently had to renew my policy which should be straight forward however it was not but handled with great delicacy authentication and so my dignity was left in tact and more importantly my business is in good hands - I would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service.
