I was referred to Daniel & Lily by a work colleague who when they showed me their website I was instantly impressed. I then reached out and Social Bay designed a new website for me. The presentation and detail was 5 star.

Seamless from first meeting to launch! Dan and Lily were a real treasure and pleasure to work with. Anything that was unclear to me was explained in detail and with much patience! There wasn't any aspect of the whole website build process they didn't know. No change was too much trouble for them. They worked to a fixed schedule and timeline and delivered as promised. I highly recommend The Social Bay (Dan & Lily) for a fuss free, professional experience. As an older individual the task of web design and build was actually quite a daunting prospect for me; but Dan & Lily sailed us through it with no obstacles or bumps.

I typically find people leave reviews when things are bad, but I really wanted to shout The Social Bay today. Not sure where to begin. I first spoke to Dan when I wanted a landing page, along with about 3 or 4 other people, before deciding to do the work myself, boy was that harder than I imagined. Of all the people I initially spoke to, I liked Dan the most. He seemed to know what he was talking about, he was friendly and he was chill. So when I acknowledged I couldn't do it myself, I didn't hesitate to reach out to him, and I'm really glad I did. He was knowledgeable, he was friendly, but moreover, the service was great. He communicated often, explained things that I didn't understand and went above and beyond for me, and not only did he not complain, but he enjoyed doing it. He and Lily have designed a landing page that I'm over the moon about. I love the design and the flow. They listened to what I wanted and even understood what I wanted when I wasn't really sure myself.
