I have spoken with Maisie from the beginning of setting up my policy and I am very happy with the way she has been able to help me.
I really appreciated Maisie's kind manner to help me better understand the details of the policy I was taking out.
She is very knowledgeable young lady and if I asked a question she didn't know the answer to, she always found out, and got back to me.
I had the reassurance that she was someone who really understands the business of childcare insurance and a willingness to help clients.

I previously had a policy with Morton Michel, which had elapsed, and I needed a new policy with them. I spoke to Jerome Binns on a call, and he was courteous, friendly, efficient and informative throughout. A really great experience - and what's more my policy was very reasonably priced in comparison with other insurers. Jerome deserves a pay rise - he's a credit to the company! :)

It was all round fantastic. Ruby was very patient with all my questions. I did not feel like I was talking to an insurer, more like I was talking to a business partner. Someone that was trying to find pragmatic, effective solutions for both parties

The service from both Marie and Jerome was brilliant.
I had emailed and spoken to Jerome with a question , he knew the importance of getting back in touch with me and kept trying until I was available (thank you ) The question was around an issue around information we had supplied that was not included in the first quote and when I spoke to Jerome he was honest and straight with the errors that were made. This conversation helped us make the decision to accept the new quote as we feel that honesty and understanding when dealing with an important protection part of our business was the correct action.

I was very impressed with the young lady Emily Norman that dealt with my problem she was very professional and answered my emails promptly asking if l needed any more help after dealing with with my problem she seems very good at her job and is an asset to the company

I wanted to update my policy and I had the help from two lovely ladies at Morton Michel. Naomi Wint helped me start the process. She was really patient and answered all my questions. I had to wait to get a decision from the underwriters. I called back a day later and spoke to Enily Norman who completed the renewal and was also able to answer my questions. She was really patient and I felt like I had all the answers to my questions.
I've been with Morton Michel for a few years now and this is one of the reasons why.

Maisie was extremely polite and helpful with my enquiry with regards to insurance. When I did not understand a question, Maisie remained professional and helped to explain any query.
Maisie returned a call at my request so that I could move ahead with the quote that had been provided after I had struggled to complete online.

I've been with them for 14 years and find them absolutely brilliant. Whenever I need a policy tweaked or I have a question about my policy. they are really receptive, come back to me quickly. David Norman today was no exception. Friendly, super efficient and helpful.

I was ill during the first quote phone call and Maisie was very patient considering I was probably not the most enthusiastic customer at the time. With various follow ups due to getting into the 'nitty gritty' of policy cover needs, Maisie proved to be patient and pleasant the whole way through. The benefits offered as part of the insurance package are proving to be immediately beneficial to me too. Insurance brokers have the patience of saints. My experience has been a positive one.

On my fifth call, Emily N professionalism and dedication stood out today. Not only did she understand the urgency in obtaining this information, she also acted swiftly, ensuring I received the required information in record time. Her ability to go above and beyond her responsibilities was inspiring and reassured me during a concerning situation.

While obtaining insurance certificates may seem like a straightforward task, the emotional weight of waiting for two months made it a source of significant stress, when needed in eduction. Thank you Emily N for all you help this afternoon, you have been amazing.

David Norman went above and beyond...without trauma dumping here, he contacted me direct by phone and quickly assessed my immediate need for admin assistance; got on and solved the problem and sent an immediate email to update me. He was so helpful and kind on a day when my world had caved in.
I have had our work insurance with Morton Michel for over 35 years! The company is efficient, helpful and make the sometimes complicated decisions we need to take achievable by explaining well. Gold stars all round and thankyou David!
