I previously had a policy with Morton Michel, which had elapsed, and I needed a new policy with them. I spoke to Jerome Binns on a call, and he was courteous, friendly, efficient and informative throughout. A really great experience - and what's more my policy was very reasonably priced in comparison with other insurers. Jerome deserves a pay rise - he's a credit to the company! :)

It was all round fantastic. Ruby was very patient with all my questions. I did not feel like I was talking to an insurer, more like I was talking to a business partner. Someone that was trying to find pragmatic, effective solutions for both parties

The service from both Marie and Jerome was brilliant.
I had emailed and spoken to Jerome with a question , he knew the importance of getting back in touch with me and kept trying until I was available (thank you ) The question was around an issue around information we had supplied that was not included in the first quote and when I spoke to Jerome he was honest and straight with the errors that were made. This conversation helped us make the decision to accept the new quote as we feel that honesty and understanding when dealing with an important protection part of our business was the correct action.

I wanted to update my policy and I had the help from two lovely ladies at Morton Michel. Naomi Wint helped me start the process. She was really patient and answered all my questions. I had to wait to get a decision from the underwriters. I called back a day later and spoke to Enily Norman who completed the renewal and was also able to answer my questions. She was really patient and I felt like I had all the answers to my questions.
I've been with Morton Michel for a few years now and this is one of the reasons why.

Maisie was extremely polite and helpful with my enquiry with regards to insurance. When I did not understand a question, Maisie remained professional and helped to explain any query.
Maisie returned a call at my request so that I could move ahead with the quote that had been provided after I had struggled to complete online.

I was ill during the first quote phone call and Maisie was very patient considering I was probably not the most enthusiastic customer at the time. With various follow ups due to getting into the 'nitty gritty' of policy cover needs, Maisie proved to be patient and pleasant the whole way through. The benefits offered as part of the insurance package are proving to be immediately beneficial to me too. Insurance brokers have the patience of saints. My experience has been a positive one.
