New Wave Financial Services! 💯wow
Being self-employed and or a LTD company owner, its challenging to actually get a mortgage these days.
We tried a few mortgage brokers, who promieed the earth and all the you'll be accepted with all these high street lenders!..... well no you wont!
This is when we started to Google our predicament and realised we need to look elsewhere, and quick.
We came across New Wave Financial Services and dropped them a message through there online contact form, wasn't expecting much but then the same evening we got a call from Daniel, we talked him through our situation in depth etc.... Daniel said no problem we will get you a mortgage.
We had heard it all before but decided to give it a shot as a last resort.
Daniel introduced us Rachel as our case worker and between them they crossed the t's and dotted the i's with all the income and expenditure documents we submitted to them.
Within 4 weeks we had a mortgage offer for the amount we needed to buy our forever home... We were absolutely blown away with the speed and thoroughness of New Wave's Daniel and Rachel, we were kept informed all the way with phone calls and email updates which was brilliant and added to the excitement of the purchase of our new home.
We would 100 percent recomend New Wave Financial Services, no personal circumstances are to big for them, they know there stuff and will definitely be able to assist anyone self employed looking for a mortgage.

After trying a different company with a bad experience, these gave me piece of mind, they would give me regular updates and was always at the end of telephone when I had a question. Nothing was ever too much or little. Would highly recommend and wouldn't use a different company. Even received a card congratulations us on our new home after we exchanged which was such a lovely touch.

There’s no words to express our gratitude to Dan and the team at New Wave. We started without much certainty and thought buying a house would be some way off for us. Dan kept in touch even during the early stages of our journey, then as we made it through to an agreement in principle on a home we never thought we would be able to achieve. We were unsure if we would be able to get a mortgage with my partner having a ltd company that had been set up less than a year and they were amazing! if they can't get you a mortgage you don't pay anything but if you get one there is a fee, which is worth it as we got a very good interest rate and are currently in our new home! Can't recommend them enough

Callum and Rachel were fantastic

Newwave were extremely helpful right from the beginning. Callum was very knowledgeable and helped every way he could along with Rachel helping through with assistance as well. They were both very easy to talk to and prompt with getting things done. Callum, Rachel and the whole team at Newwave do make the whole process of buying a house a lot more easy and comfortable and I would recommend to everyone to go with them!

Would highly recommend

Debbie and Freya go above and beyond to make the process as stress free as possible. Everything is prepared for you prior to being sent to the lender and they deal with the majority of questions themselves with only essential input from the me when they need it.
