Calm and kind service

Made the impossible possible
After being told by my regular mortgage advisor that it was impossible for me to get a mortgage, I genuinely didn’t think I would be able to do this on my own — especially with only one year of accounts after taking over my business.
From my very first conversation with George, everything changed. Nothing felt impossible. He was calm, knowledgeable, and completely solution-focused from the start, and ultimately found me a mortgage when others said it couldn’t be done.
Kim has also been incredible throughout — handling all of the documentation, always responsive, organised, and keeping everything moving when things felt stressful my side.
Together, they have been outstanding. The whole process felt smooth, well-managed, and far less daunting than I ever expected.
I honestly cannot thank them enough for what they’ve done. If you’ve been told no elsewhere, speak to George — he really can make the impossible possible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All-round great "can do" service!
New Wave financial services was a fantastic find for the self-employed ! We spent three weeks and a lot of time with a national agency providing them with so much historical information only to be told they couldn't find a lender who would take on our situation. In contrast Dan at Newwave started with a positive can do attitude and despite us throwing him a slight curve ball of requesting an interest only mortgage, he soon came up with a great solution at a very competitive rate. Rachel then efficiently helped us through the formal application process, solving an unexpected repayment issue with the lender, so it wasn't long before we had a formal offer from a well know high Street lender. Very glad to also report that the recommended legal firm soon converted the offer letter into a completed mortgage, despite the complex nature of our title and ownership.
The modest fee charged by NewWave seemed very reasonable considering time and effort the team at NewWave invested in our application.

I had a very limited time frame to finalise a mortgage and Molly and Rachel from New Wave have been amazing. Right from the beginning of our mortgage journey, Dylan was brilliant. We were kept informed of any updates and everything was processed extremely quickly. Due to being self employed we needed a specialist to enable us to upsize our house. Rachel our underwriter was also brilliant, everything we needed was sorted for us. Even when we had some problems with our estate agents, they even rang them and sorted it out. I could not recommend new wave highly enough

Great for Director/Owner Mortgage
After running into a brick wall with a major bank and a major national mortgage broker due to being a director/owner, Dylan at New Wave assured me that despite my situation, my case wasn't specialist and it was a case of finding the right lender and package it properly. And he was absolutely right, very knowledgable with owner/director situations and what lenders look at in these situations which can vary. Very smooth process with Dylan and Rachel to get the information needed and liaise with the lender to get an offer in a quick turnaround.
