I've been purchasing from this brand for over 10yrs. This new ring is lovely. The color change is vibrant, and it looks beautiful. The band feels thin, I do wish it were made a bit more sturdier. Otherwise very happy about this purchase!

Nicely packed. Necklace looks cheap, smaller as on the picture, stones are impossible to differentiate. Looks like chinese mass production for very high price. Very disappointing. I have returned it immediately.

Good quality and excellent customer servicece
I purchased two pieces from Moon Magic and had a very positive experience overall. The jewelry is beautiful and of excellent quality.
Although I decided to return one of the pieces, even the return process went very smoothly. The customer service team was supportive, responsive and stayed in touch throughout the entire process.
I wear the second piece all the time and absolutely love it. I also particularly appreciated the option to order a certificate for the diamonds and gold, which gave me extra confidence in my purchase.

EXTREMELY low quality ring!
The quality of the ring is EXTREMELY low! Very, very cheap metal and stone. And even though I measured my finger and I already know my ring size, the ring from Moon Magic is too big for any of my fingers. Not that I would ever wear such a low quality item anyway. I’ve waited for years to order it and now I won’t wear it and I’m embarrassed I spent the money.

Gold-plating coming off after less than 3 weeks
My partner purchased, in Jul or Aug, a gold-plated rose quartz ring for me for my birthday on Sept 6th. I have been wearing it for less than 3 weeks. I take if off to shower or when moisturising, and when I sleep, yet the gold plating is already coming off. This was not a cheap plated ring - I have purchased gold-plated jewelry for less than £20 that has lasted for years, including earrings that will inevitably get my hair products on them. I have had my eyes on moon magic jewelry for some time and although it is pretty, I am incredibly disappointed and will not be able to wear it soon as it will look no good. I wouldn't purchase any more of their plated jewellery.

This labradorite ring is perfection!
This labradorite ring is perfection… from the setting to the unique and gorgeous stone. When the sun hits it the stone lights up with beautiful green/blue hues and striations. I haven’t taken it off since it arrived, and I’m enjoying the quiet strength it seems to evoke.
