Ring gem is not at all like the pictures on website
Ring is not at all like the pictures on the website. The main gem is carved and sparkly, and mine is flat and dull. The smaller stones are much smaller than anticipated and the appearance of the labradorite is cheap and not at all what they picture. I understand there are variations but this nothing like it, on any of their labradorite jewellery pictures.

Disappointed, no product, no refund.
I was so excited to purchase a ring finally and waited the month for it to be delivered.
Almost two months later I have not received it.
I live in an apartment block on a busy street in a city.I have never not received a delivery, every previous courier has a collection point for me to access.
The courier used by Moon Magic have apparently attempted delivery, no notification of missed delivery no option to collect.
I contacted both Moon Magic and the courier to organize a collection point/pick up. The courier iMile has not responded to my five submissions to customer support and have closed my case.
Moon magic, in fairness responded to my emails every time but every time told me it was up to me to contact the courier, I told them I had done that several times.
After about two attempts to contact iMile I asked Moon Magic to reach out to change the shipping address to a house where the product could be left in the hope that they would have more luck speaking to someone, they advised me they couldn’t do that and directed me back to the elusive I Mile customer support.
I submitted another Customer service request to iMile.
After another week of waiting I requested a refund as it was more and more seeming like my product was not going to arrive. Moon Magic has refused to refund me as the package supposedly will be destroyed.
I am devastated that I am out of pocket and without my product. Responding to my emails is great moon magic but you have stolen my money if I cannot take possession of the product I paid for after several times requesting help to contact a courier engaged by you.
Please give me my money back or deliver through reliable means the product I purchased!!
