When i first bought my beautyful ring, everything was ok, so, i love my ring and now i can t wait to see my necklace!

I ordered on 1st September and still have not received my order this is an unacceptable turnaround for an order!

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE MARKETING — THIS WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST ONLINE SHOPPING DISAPPOINTMENTS I'VE EVER HAD.

I was genuinely excited to receive my ring from Moon Magic. Their Instagram is stunning, their website looks luxurious and high-end, and everything about their branding makes you believe you're purchasing a beautiful, premium piece of jewelry. I happily spent around $100 on a Labradorite 925 silver ring because I thought I was buying quality.

What arrived was a completely different story.

The package came in a thin, plain, slightly smelly box that looked crushed and folded inside out. There was no premium presentation, no elegant branding, nothing that reflected a jewelry purchase of this price. At first, I didn't even realize it was my Moon Magic order.

Inside were some cheap-looking protective papers wrapped around a small ring box that looked like a plastic pink velvet case you could find for a few dollars. Then I saw the ring.

Honestly, my heart sank.

The ring looked like something you would buy from AliExpress for $5. The Labradorite stone looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. Yes, it had a small shine when light hit it at the right angle, but it was tiny, dull, and low quality. The "925 silver" felt incredibly light and cheap, almost like a toy ring. It looked more like a thin silver-colored coating than a solid silver piece.

There is simply no way this ring is worth anywhere near $100.

The entire experience felt like a dropshipping operation hiding behind excellent marketing. Moon Magic claims these pieces are custom-made, yet it took 8 business days just to receive a shipment confirmation. There was also no tracking number provided despite the package being labeled as international shipping. Ironically, the timeline felt exactly like ordering from a low-cost overseas supplier.

To make matters worse, the ring size was completely wrong and much larger than expected.

Now I have to return this disappointing item at my own expense and under my own responsibility.

The gap between the photos and the actual product is shocking. What you see online looks luxurious, handcrafted, and premium. What I received looked cheap, mass-produced, and nowhere near the quality being advertised.

I went from being genuinely excited and eager to wear this ring to feeling completely disappointed the moment I opened the box.

In my opinion, Moon Magic is selling a fantasy through beautiful marketing while delivering jewelry that does not match the price or expectations.

Save your money.

The necklace that I’ve been waiting for, or at least something similar, was on the being discontinued list. I’m happy to be getting it. It will match the bracelet that is now in the mail:)

I’ve placed so many orders with Moon Magic over the years that I’ve honestly lost count, and every time I think I’ve found my favorite piece, I end up discovering another one I love. What started as one purchase quickly turned into a collection, and Moon Magic has become one of those brands I keep coming back to again and again.

What I love most is that the jewelry doesn’t feel like the same pieces you see everywhere else. The designs are unique, detailed, and have so much character. I especially love the natural stones because each one has its own little differences, which makes every piece feel personal and special. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into the designs, from the stone combinations to the little details in the settings.

I’ve ordered rings, necklaces, earrings, and other pieces over the years, and I’ve been able to wear them for so many different occasions. Some pieces have become everyday favorites, while others are the ones I reach for when I want something a little more special. I also love how easy it is to mix and match different Moon Magic pieces and create a look that feels completely my own.

Another reason I keep coming back is the quality. I’ve had pieces that I’ve worn again and again, and they have remained beautiful. Of course, with natural stones and jewelry, you have to take care of your pieces properly, but I appreciate that the jewelry is made to actually be worn and enjoyed rather than just sitting in a box.

And I have to mention the customer service because after placing this many orders, I’ve had questions and situations where I needed help. Every time, the team has been kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. That makes such a difference, especially when you’re investing in jewelry and want to know that there is a real team behind the brand.

I also really appreciate the variety. There are always new designs, different stones, different styles, and pieces that make me want to come back and look again. Somehow, even after all these orders, I can still find something that I absolutely have to have!

At this point, Moon Magic is much more than a jewelry brand I’ve purchased from once or twice. It’s a brand I’ve been collecting from for years, and I genuinely enjoy seeing what they come up with next. My collection has grown quite a bit, and I still have a wishlist of pieces I’d love to add.

If you love jewelry that feels unique, has beautiful natural stones, and doesn’t look like something everyone else is wearing, Moon Magic is definitely worth exploring. I’ve placed tens of orders, and the fact that I keep coming back probably says more than anything else I could write in a review.

The jewellery is exquisite. Beautifully crafted. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was really easy. I will definitely shop here again.

I purchased a €400 white gold ring from Moon Magic featuring two diamonds, expecting good quality and customer service for such a significant purchase. Unfortunately, one of the diamonds fell out of the ring, which is extremely disappointing and concerning for a piece of jewellery at this price point.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I contacted Moon Magic several times through Instagram, and it took repeated messages before I finally received a response. When they did reply, they were not willing to offer any meaningful assistance, simply stating that the ring was outside of the warranty period.

I understand that warranties have terms and conditions, but when a €400 ring loses one of its diamonds, I would expect the company to at least show some willingness to investigate the issue or offer a reasonable repair solution. Instead, I felt completely dismissed as a customer.

For me, this isn’t only about the lost diamond — it’s about the quality, durability, and lack of customer support after spending €400 on their jewellery.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Moon Magic. The ring looked beautiful, but the overall experience and after-sales service have been extremely disappointing.
