Ordered a Phillips perfect draught…
Ordered a Phillips perfect draught machine from this company on Wed. 13th. JULY. Free delivery in 3_5 days. I received a call from them on 14th July saying delivery would would be possible on 15th July if that was suitable, to which I agreed. The machine was delivered as promised before 3p.m. Great start and would have no hesitation recommending them if that is the norm.

Thank you for your feedback on the service you received. This helps us to improve for future customers so any feedback positive and negative is appreciated and taken on board.
We have taken a look into your order for 1x Savannah Bookcase - Round and can see that the product had a delivery lead time of approx 3-4 weeks listed as this particular product was out of stock and the only available stock was in our Ireland depot, so we placed a slightly longer lead time on this item which can be viewed in the product description on our website before an order is placed. We contacted you also via email after your order was placed to advise that this is where the stock had been ordered from as well as the estimated lead time. You have also stated that you had to keep emailing us. In total we have 2 emails from you, both asking for a delivery update on separate occasions and both of which were replied to. If there is any other communication that you believe we missed that would verify the comments in your review can you please inform us of this as we have checked all our inboxes.
In regards to the item delay, unfortunately due to shipping delays from all items coming from outside of the UK this was delayed by a further 7-14 working days advised to us by the supplier after placing an order for your requested stock, more than expected as there are many shipping delays at UK ports, something which we cannot control but we did try to keep you informed of this. Each email that you sent us asking for an update, we responded with an honest and informative reply.
We apologise for not being able to fulfil this order within the 3-4 weeks lead time however many businesses are facing shipping delays from non UK stock due to COVID-19 and Brexit factors. This is unfortunately fairly common in the present day and also can be unpredictable during peak export and import periods and different times of the year and we do try our very best to inform customers of the estimated timeframes for shipping heavy goods products.
If you had decided to proceed with the order it would have been fulfilled now in Week 6 of a 3-4 Week delivery as the item has since arrived into our warehouse. We understand this is 2 weeks late however as we discussed above there are many external factors affecting businesses receiving stock on time which we tried to detail to you in our 2 emails sent to you.
We believe that based on these factors that your review is fairly harsh and your use of the term 'terrible' when referring to our business as we tried our best to keep you informed. We would therefore like to kindly ask if you can please modify your review to reflect the above comments. We work very hard to keep our service up to standard and will continue to implement more efficient ways of communicating with customers.
Please note also that when you had advised you did not want to wait any longer we processed a full refund for you the same afternoon which has since been credited into your account.

Lovely piece of furniture
Although we had to wait quite some time for our set of drawers, this was due to supply issues throughout the UK rather than the company's fault. When they arrived this week, I was delighted with them. Really nice quality and an excellent price.

They would have got a 5 star service, apart from the way their shipping department packaged up the console which wasn't secure at all. Luckily it arrived by the courier DPD - all intact.
Customer Services were very good, and prompt with their replies and advised by email when it would be dispatched.

I had ordered 2 shell shaped pink…
I had ordered 2 shell shaped pink velvet chairs, but due to the pandemic deliveries were quite delayed, I contacted Modern Home interiors and spoke to Usman and he explained what was happening and nothing was to much bother for him, the customer service was excellent and they even price matched the chairs for me due to the inconvenience. I am very happy with the service I have received and also the cherry on the cake is that the chairs are super comfy and very expensive feeling. Thanks again guys for your help and I will definitely be purchasing furniture again in the future.

Great service from this company. Wanted to buy a console table and needed it quick. Even though the item stated 2 weeks delivery I called the company and asked them if they could get one sooner. Paid for it that day and was delivered to me with a few days. Can't get better than that.
Delivery was efficient and the console unit itself is stunning in the hallway
