I had been planning to buy a new dining set for my home, and after browsing various websites, I came across GalaxiMart. After thinking about it for a while, I finally decided to place an order. At that moment I felt excited and optimistic, imagining how the new furniture would look in my dining area. However, that excitement slowly turned into confusion when several days passed without any update from the company. Normally, when you order something online, you receive messages confirming the order status or at least some information about delivery timelines. In this case, there was complete silence.
Nearly a week passed before I decided to contact their customer support myself. I simply wanted to know when the delivery might happen. The response I received was unexpected. I was told that the item I had originally ordered was not currently in stock. What surprised me the most was that no one from the company had informed me earlier. POOR QUALITY FURNITURE!!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
I placed my order and after not hearing from GALAXIMART for a week, I decided to call them.
It was only then, that they explained that my furniture wasn't in stock. (ERROR 1) I did wonder how long it would have taken them to notify me!
I was convinced by them to order a different colour of chairs than what I had originally wanted, but after being told that they were lovely, I placed my order. (ERROR 2)
My furniture arrived, but after trying to get the fourth leg on the table, we noticed that there was no thread for the screws. ( ERROR 3). It took them just over a week for my replacement.
We eagerly put the final leg on the table and then took the chairs out of their boxes. (ERROR 4) These weren't the colour of chairs that I'd picked from their website..... in fact they were awful! Even though the box said dark grey, they were blue/ purple in colour.
They've tried to fob them off as Velvet, but they are nothing like that. They are made from cheap, poor quality material that won't last very long.
I emailed GalaxiMart to inform them regarding the colour and the quality, only to be told that ' they are grey'.
I emailed again saying much as the above. They then asked me to send photos, which I have done and these clearly show the colour is not Grey!
I was then asked to send them on WhatsApp, as they couldn't open them for some reason.
I have sent the photos again on WhatsApp and sent a further three more emails and they are now being ignored!
GalaxiMart you should be ashamed of yourselves, is taken me a year to save for this furniture and it is not as described on your website!
Furthermore, ignore the countdown for a sale, as it finishes and then another starts!

My experience has been disgusting from start to finish.
I've been ignored and lied to.
I've been sold furniture which is poor quality and the chairs are nothing like the man on the phone from GALAXIMART explained to me.
I love the marble table but the chairs are awful quality and they are not the colour that is on the website.
As I love the table, I've disposed of the box. I've now being informed after numerous emails bouncing backwards abs forwards, that I can't just send the chairs back, as they require the whole set back. Which I can't do as mentioned, I've disposed of the box.
As the chairs aren't the same colour as advertised and are of poor quality, I shouldn't have to pay to return them.
I'm single parent and it's taken me a long time to save for this furniture, so I don't have the money to return them, which is very unfair.
Never have I ever come across a company, that has been very rude, disrespectful and lied to.
I will spread the word regarding this awful company, and I'll make sure none of my family or friends entertains this disgusting company!

You state that your representative contacted me....incorrect, it was me that has to contact yourselves, due to not hearing anything for over a week, and that is when I was advised that the blue/dark grey chairs were lovely, so I agreed to proceed with the order.
The email which shows the colour of the chairs against a grey rug and a grey cardigan, was to show you the the chairs are more a blue colour..... not that I wanted them to match a rug. This is not the truth that you are saying. The photo was taken in the kitchen and the table was going in another room. I will add the emails to show exactly what was said, if needed.
It was only later that I noticed the colour wasn't right as the chairs were still in their boxes, due to the faulty table leg. We couldn't put chairs around a table that wasn't safe to sit at.
The colour perception should not vary whether in natural light or any other light. Also it doesn't state any information regarding these perceptions on your website. They are not a true grey.
I was informed numerous times that the chairs were dark grey and there was no offer of returning them.
As you are aware, the table is marble and due to being disabled, I cannot lift.
Could you please advise on how to return?

Had table and 6 chairs delivered arrived late as his van broke down but still got here this was on a Thursday when I opened up all packaging I found table legs damaged so I sent them a photo that night as you can contact them anytime of day and Friday morning my new table legs arrived very friendly company and delivery driver wife now loves her new table and chairs
