I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with GalaxiMart has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share it. I had been planning to buy a new dining set for my home, and after browsing various websites, I came across GalaxiMart. Their website looked professional and polished, and the furniture appeared stylish, high-quality, and modern. The photos and descriptions made it seem like a reliable company, so I decided to place an order.
At first, everything seemed normal. I placed my order and expected updates regarding shipping and delivery. Days went by without any notification, and after about a week of silence, I reached out to their customer service to find out what was happening. That’s when I discovered that the item I had originally chosen was not even in stock. I was shocked and frustrated — no one had informed me, and I had wasted an entire week waiting in uncertainty.
The support representative suggested that I choose a different colour of chairs. Feeling frustrated but still hopeful, I agreed, trusting that the replacement would at least meet the same quality and style shown online.
When the delivery finally arrived, the problems only multiplied. The table had a damaged leg, making it difficult to assemble safely. But the biggest disappointment came with the chairs. They were completely different from what I had been promised — the colour was wrong, the material felt cheap, and the overall quality was far below expectations. It was obvious that the items did not match the images or descriptions on the website.
I contacted the company multiple times, explaining the issue and sending photos as evidence. Instead of resolving the problem, I was repeatedly told that the chairs were the correct colour. I felt dismissed and undervalued as a customer, which added to my frustration.
Trying to resolve the matter through their support desk in person did not help. The conversations felt unprofessional and unhelpful. At this point, what should have been a straightforward resolution had turned into a stressful, time-consuming ordeal. Arranging a return was another challenge, especially since I no longer had the original packaging.
To be fair, the table itself looks acceptable once assembled, but that does not make up for the poor quality chairs and the terrible customer service. What should have been an exciting purchase ended up being a long, frustrating experience that left me feeling disappointed and regretful.

From Excitement to Regret – My Honest Experience with GalaxiMart

I don’t normally write reviews, especially long ones, but my experience with GalaxiMart left such a strong impression on me that I felt it was important to share it. When you spend your hard-earned money on furniture for your home, you expect the process to be smooth, transparent, and professional. Sadly, that was not the case for me.
It all started when I was searching online for a dining set that would fit well in my home. After browsing many websites, I came across GalaxiMart. Their website looked polished and convincing. The photos of the furniture were beautifully presented, and the descriptions made everything sound like it was crafted with great attention to quality and detail. It created the impression that this was a reliable company offering stylish products at reasonable prices.
After thinking about it for a while, I finally decided to place an order. At that moment I felt excited and optimistic, imagining how the new furniture would look in my dining area. However, that excitement slowly turned into confusion when several days passed without any update from the company. Normally, when you order something online, you receive messages confirming the order status or at least some information about delivery timelines. In this case, there was complete silence.
Nearly a week passed before I decided to contact their customer support myself. I simply wanted to know when the delivery might happen. The response I received was unexpected. I was told that the item I had originally ordered was not currently in stock. What surprised me the most was that no one from the company had informed me earlier. I had spent days waiting without knowing that there was already a problem with the order.
The representative then suggested that I choose another colour for the chairs instead. I was hesitant, but since I had already waited for several days and did not want to start the whole process again elsewhere, I agreed. I trusted that the alternative would still meet the quality and appearance shown on the website.
Eventually the delivery arrived. Receiving new furniture should normally be an exciting moment, but as I began unpacking everything, the situation quickly became disappointing. The table itself had a noticeable issue with one of its legs. It looked damaged, which made assembling it more difficult than expected.
When I opened the boxes containing the chairs, the disappointment grew even more. The colour was clearly different from what had been discussed earlier. On top of that, the material felt much cheaper than what had been shown in the online photos. I contacted the company again to explain the situation. I sent detailed messages and photos showing the problems so there would be no misunderstanding. Unfortunately, the responses I received were not very helpful. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was repeatedly told that the chairs were the correct colour.
Hoping to resolve the situation faster, I also tried contacting their support desk directly. Unfortunately, the interaction did not make things better. The conversation left me feeling that my concerns were not being taken seriously. As a customer who had trusted the company and spent a considerable amount of money, that was extremely disappointing.
Another challenge has been trying to arrange a return. What should have been a simple process has turned into a complicated situation, especially since the original packaging is no longer available. The entire experience has been stressful and time-consuming.
To be fair, the table itself looks acceptable once assembled, but that does not change the fact that the chairs were not what was advertised and the overall service experience has been far from satisfactory. Buying furniture should be an enjoyable experience, not one that leaves you feeling frustrated and regretful.
I decided to share my story simply so that other potential customers can understand what my experience was like. Transparency, good communication, and respectful customer service are things every buyer deserves. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met in this case.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
I placed my order and after not hearing from GALAXIMART for a week, I decided to call them.
It was only then, that they explained that my furniture wasn't in stock. (ERROR 1) I did wonder how long it would have taken them to notify me!
I was convinced by them to order a different colour of chairs than what I had originally wanted, but after being told that they were lovely, I placed my order. (ERROR 2)
My furniture arrived, but after trying to get the fourth leg on the table, we noticed that there was no thread for the screws. ( ERROR 3). It took them just over a week for my replacement.
We eagerly put the final leg on the table and then took the chairs out of their boxes. (ERROR 4) These weren't the colour of chairs that I'd picked from their website..... in fact they were awful! Even though the box said dark grey, they were blue/ purple in colour.
They've tried to fob them off as Velvet, but they are nothing like that. They are made from cheap, poor quality material that won't last very long.
I emailed GalaxiMart to inform them regarding the colour and the quality, only to be told that ' they are grey'.
I emailed again saying much as the above. They then asked me to send photos, which I have done and these clearly show the colour is not Grey!
I was then asked to send them on WhatsApp, as they couldn't open them for some reason.
I have sent the photos again on WhatsApp and sent a further three more emails and they are now being ignored!
GalaxiMart you should be ashamed of yourselves, is taken me a year to save for this furniture and it is not as described on your website!
Furthermore, ignore the countdown for a sale, as it finishes and then another starts!

My experience has been disgusting from start to finish.
I've been ignored and lied to.
I've been sold furniture which is poor quality and the chairs are nothing like the man on the phone from GALAXIMART explained to me.
I love the marble table but the chairs are awful quality and they are not the colour that is on the website.
As I love the table, I've disposed of the box. I've now being informed after numerous emails bouncing backwards abs forwards, that I can't just send the chairs back, as they require the whole set back. Which I can't do as mentioned, I've disposed of the box.
As the chairs aren't the same colour as advertised and are of poor quality, I shouldn't have to pay to return them.
I'm single parent and it's taken me a long time to save for this furniture, so I don't have the money to return them, which is very unfair.
Never have I ever come across a company, that has been very rude, disrespectful and lied to.
I will spread the word regarding this awful company, and I'll make sure none of my family or friends entertains this disgusting company!

You state that your representative contacted me....incorrect, it was me that has to contact yourselves, due to not hearing anything for over a week, and that is when I was advised that the blue/dark grey chairs were lovely, so I agreed to proceed with the order.
The email which shows the colour of the chairs against a grey rug and a grey cardigan, was to show you the the chairs are more a blue colour..... not that I wanted them to match a rug. This is not the truth that you are saying. The photo was taken in the kitchen and the table was going in another room. I will add the emails to show exactly what was said, if needed.
It was only later that I noticed the colour wasn't right as the chairs were still in their boxes, due to the faulty table leg. We couldn't put chairs around a table that wasn't safe to sit at.
The colour perception should not vary whether in natural light or any other light. Also it doesn't state any information regarding these perceptions on your website. They are not a true grey.
I was informed numerous times that the chairs were dark grey and there was no offer of returning them.
As you are aware, the table is marble and due to being disabled, I cannot lift.
Could you please advise on how to return?

22nd February (Monday): A brand-new replacement leg was dispatched (FedEx does not collect on weekends).

**Chair Colour & Quality Concerns

Your initial email stated that the chairs were blue rather than dark grey and that you wished to return them. We requested photos, which were later provided (including via WhatsApp due to attachment issues). After reviewing the images, the chairs supplied were confirmed to be the dark grey model selected.

Subsequent emails raised that the chairs did not match your rug, and later that the quality was not as expected. We understand that colour perception can vary depending on lighting and surroundings, but the product supplied matches the dark grey variant advertised.

**Return & Refund

At no point were you refused a return. We clearly offered for the items to be returned and confirmed that upon receiving the returned goods, a full refund would be issued in line with our returns policy.

As this purchase was made as a discounted dining set, our policy requires the full set to be returned together. We understand you disposed of the table packaging because you were happy with the table; however, this does make it difficult for us to process a complete return, as the set must be returned in order for us to issue a full refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers may return online purchases within the cooling-off period. We fully comply with these regulations.

**Conduct & Communication

We always aim to communicate respectfully and professionally. However, during correspondence, we were informed that if we did not meet your requested outcome, a negative review would be posted to damage our reputation. While we absolutely respect every customer’s right to leave a review, we cannot accept threats toward our staff or business.

We also note that your public review history shows a pattern of extremely negative reviews where requested outcomes were not fulfilled. We believe it is important that readers have full context when assessing feedback.

We are genuinely sorry that you feel disappointed. Our offer remains open: if the full set is returned to us, we will issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection.

Had table and 6 chairs delivered arrived late as his van broke down but still got here this was on a Thursday when I opened up all packaging I found table legs damaged so I sent them a photo that night as you can contact them anytime of day and Friday morning my new table legs arrived very friendly company and delivery driver wife now loves her new table and chairs

Very fast delivery and professional assembly." I was amazed that my furniture arrived only 4 days after I placed the order.
