Communication was good and delivery as expected.

Really loved my order, very stylish and a great colour. Overall the process was streamined, quick and easy. The product arrived within a few days.

Order glass mugs, they took so long to arrive that I tried to cancel. Contacted the company on the email supplied, the email came back undelivered.
Gave up trying to contact the company and forgot about the mugs.
The mugs eventually turned up, packed in their original box which was packed in a skin tight box with no packaging around the item.
Out of four mugs two were broken and another with a large crack.
Won’t be buying anything from this company again.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Speedy responses to emails and have they gone above and beyond to look after the customer. Not forgetting the best comparable price online.

I ordered a table and needed to get chairs to match but without being able to see the furniture in person it was a risky choice. I spoke with Usman and he gave a recommendation on the best colour match chairs and was very polite and professional. He responded to my questions via email really quickly. The delivery team were also great. Sadly there was some hardware for the table missing from the box. I emailed Usman and he contacted the warehouse and had them delivered in a few days via dpd.

Overall the furniture quality and service was brilliant! Would definitely recommend. Thanks Usman

The sale item I ordered was out of stock and they contacted me the day after to offer me an alternative in a different colour, at the original sale price. This was very much appreciated and I received my item quickly.

They promised to deliver item without breaking which another company failed to do on 3 occasions. Item arrived undamaged. Thank you.

It was my first time and when asked if the item is fully assembled they said yes which was not the case. I just managed to assemble the console table and I saw it has some chipped wood and also the gold line is out from few places . Please need your customer service number to make complaint about it . That is how my experience was thx for it 🙏

The price was very competitive, unfortunately after a few days the shelf developed a crack along the length. Contacted the company and the could not of been more helpful. Replacement shelfnalong with an additional spare arrived within the 10 days as promised. Great company to do.business with
