Complete scam of a company. Ordered two pergolas and paid 2 weeks ago. Took the money and have heard nothing since despite emails and trying to call various times. Do not use unless you want to give money away.

Paid for a table £170 , never arrived, wish I would of read the reviews. Lesson learnt !, the number they give you is answer message and the email never replies.
This is a scam site avoid. Luckily I bought with PayPal so should get my money back.

The item I ordered arrived knocked about and battered. Have been trying to contact the company and they don't reply to emails not do they answer the phone. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST!!! I just opened the case with PayPal to get my money back.

Paid £136 for 3 drawer bedroom unit. Didn't arrive. Phoned and no reply only answer phone. No answer to emails. Chat not working. Paid by debit card. Contacted Santander and they initiated charge back. Cash was in my bank account 10 days later.

Terrible company, no way to get in contact. The phones are not manned, the website chat feature is disabled.
Sent emails but no reply. I used Paypal so I managed to get a full refund.

I wish I had read these reviews before going anywhere near this company.
Paid £200 for a fire pit that I never received. Contacted them via email, phone, social media and even wrote the directors a letter! Not one single acknowledgement. I paid through PayPal and opened a case which Mix did not respond to either. Thankfully, PayPal gave me my money back.
I think there is word for people who take your money dishonestly...
Avoid at all costs!!

Unresponsive, fake tracking number issued, parcel never arrived despite being told it was shipped nearly 3 weeks ago. Their phone number doesn't work. Do not purchase anything. Shameful.

Terrible Customer service 4 e mails not one reply about a item purchased

Do not order from this company. I received a product that was faulty and accepted a paltry refund to fix it myself. Refund was not processed and now they choose to completely ignore any contact. SERIOUSLY - order at your own peril!!!

Not even bothered about the £25 now (on a £280 product), it is the principal of the shocking, disrespectful and disgusting ignorance of the company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I Paid for my order of eco grids in April was advised of delivery in 7 days.
A month later still haven't received my goods. Have e mailed and phoned several times with no response.

I order a wardrobe for my son back in the 20th April, delivery was up to 21 days.

They have taken my money, no delivery, and no response from my emails, and if you call them NOONE picks up the phone.

Dreadful company and now I have to call my bank to get my money back.

They are scammers absolutely dreadful.

I rate them zero.

Ordered a gazebo was worried after reading reviews but it arrived in two days and was exactly as ordered nothing missing so had to give a great review

I bought a pantry cupboard from mix.co.uk last week. Shipping was fine. Whilst building the cupboard I noticed that there was a part missing from the packaging. (There was a duplicate part labelled '10' when in actuality it was exactly the same as part '9').
I thought 'ok fair enough, not the fault of mix.co.uk, as they're not the manufacturer, I'll just call them up and ask for a replacement'... This has been a NIGHTMARE. First of all, the number that is listed on their website 0115 647 0125 (at the date of this review) goes straight to automated message, which states that there's no one available and then hangs up. They have a 'chat online' option which does NOT work and is simply added on to the website without any functionality.
I was left to email the company and I've simply not received any response despite telling them my urgent situation. I had to contact the manufacturer directly (HOMCOM) and enquire however they stated that as mix.co.uk is a drop shipping company, it's down to them to get in touch directly... So I'm stuck in a vicious circle with no product or resolution.
Even after I get this resolved, I will NEVER give mix.co.uk my business and will strongly encourage others not to, and even go so far as to purchasing same products for more money on trusted websites instead!

Ordered a heavy item . Did not receive any communication that it will arrive today . The driver left it on the driveway blocking cars from passing by and did not have the decency to knock on the door to alert me of the deliver nor call or text beforehand . The item has arrived damaged and the company won’t reply to calls or emails . Avoid this company .

This company is not trustworthy. They are also misleading customers by using a review page which they can remove all negative reviews and falsify positive reviews. I am unable to leave a review on their review page.
Pay a few pounds more and order from a reputable , professional company who provide an aftercare service should there be any problems or faulty goods.

I’m writing this one because it’s a tale of two stories…

Order #1 = perfect. On time. Effortless. Cost effective.

Order #2 = … well… it’s yet to be delivered… yet to be responded to by customer service… and yet it has been paid for.

You do the maths.

Placed an order but need to return it. Have contacted Mix who asked for further information, however radio silence since then. There is no return address and they've not responded to the next two messages. Am left with a product that I don't want and no return address. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a deep fat fryer on the Wednesday with 3 working day delivery advised so expected on the Monday. This was before reading all the negative reviews so I wasn't expecting it to show up. Delivered no problem on the Saturday, cheaper than any other web site & works perfectly.

Item purchased,delivery was within 7 days and item has not even been despatched, there is no one to talk to apart from the voicemail, no response to emails or contact form from their website. I have tried contacting to cancel or change the order but no response. Customer service is non exsistent You should definetely avoid, They took the payment and that was it, no barbecue on sight, absolute scammers.
