Terrible experience from start to finish. This company sent me the wrong items twice after I waited over a month for my order for my one-year-old daughter. The quality is very poor, customer service is almost non-existent, and it takes weeks to get a reply.

They refused to provide a prepaid return label, even though the mistakes were theirs, and they didn’t even refund the full amount I paid. I have never experienced such poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

I even sent many emails with pictures of the wrong products, no answer until today. Now I am receiving emails, mentioning, that this email Iam writing to does not exist anymore. I don’t know what happened, if they blocked me!? They used to receive my emails before, because I received their answer.

Very poor quality. Return is impossible, customer support responds rarely and demands videos. Highly don’t recommend to order anything, especially for kids. The smell of the items is terrible.

I like the diaper bag I ordered. Very happy with the product.

Delivery was a bit slow but it was also Christmas time when I ordered. The night lamp rabbit has been the favorite thing of our son since it arrived :)

I was excitedly waiting for the package and was very happy when I received it quickly and the train was exactly as described. My granson loves it and he plays with it every day and it has become his favorite toy. Now my daughter-in-law is ordering additional parts for the train. Thank you for the fast and safe purchase!

Plastic garbage from China. Terrible customer service. Overpriced for such cheap, tacky plastic. Nobody from this company answers the phone, nobody checks IG messages, nobody answers emails.

We are happy with baby pool’s quality and delivery. It would have helped us, if pump had been encluded or if we could have bought it at the same time.

No home deliver like wedsite said.. Way too long deliver.

This is a scam, ordered the Blocks Marble slide building blocks toy, which on the website clearly looks like duplo-sized building blocks – there are photos and videos with kids playing with the toy proving the size difference. What I received was lego-sized building blocks of bad quality and a completely different brand on the package. On top of this they're only showing 5 star trust pilot and other reviews on their site.

We bought the bubble bath Ice-cream maker. The suction cups are super weak so it does not stick enough and in the bathroom setting, it falls off the wall or side of the bathtub immediately. After the first fall, the 'ice cream cones' holder broke and shattered into tiny sharp plastic shards. Not safe for small kids.

The delivery date was estimated terrible wrong. I ordered christmas gift but now it was like a happy new year gift. Also they promised free shipping at home (in finnish it says ilmainen kotiinkuljetus) so it should be delivered straight at home but they didin't do that. I had to pick it from delivery place. So I'm very dissapointed this place.

The purchased items were even nicer than I had thought. The only minus was that the delivery was quite long.

Delivery times were badly estimated and the product arrived too late for Christmas. Later, I tried to return the product but I couldn't talk to any human. So I lost the money. I would not recommend at all.

Delivery estimate for December 22nd and product arrived on January 4th. Product packages were damaged and product overall not great quality. Not satisfied.

My kid loves her new montessori toy cube! Quality seems to be good. Shipping took a bit longer than promised but not too long, like 3 to 4 days longer and this was near christmas. So everything went well and I'm happy.

Made an order 28.11.2024, it’s now 14.12.2024. Haven’t received order confirmation, have not received the order, have not received an answer from customer service. But they took my money.

I would say this is a scam company and have no trust for this company. Will never order again.

The toy crab was so cool and seem to be good quality, children loved it and its music is something I like to listen everytime kids play with it.
Only minus is that it took so long to get the toy even page promised it much earlier.
