Returned a recalled product, was promised a refund, but still no money and no clear answers. Customer service gives contradictory information and does not address the actual issue.

Returned a recalled product and still no refund – extremely frustrating experience.
I returned a recalled product (JLY Dream Cradle Wilma) on 17.02, and it was shipped on 19.02. After that, there was no update for a long time. When I contacted customer service about a month later, I was told the package could not be found.
I followed up again on 10.03 and was told they would investigate. Later, I was informed that the package could not be tracked because the barcode was not readable, and that I had sent it “too late” – which makes no sense for a recalled (safety-related) product.
After I mentioned filing a complaint, I suddenly received confirmation that on 07.04 a full refund had been registered and would be paid within 2–7 business days. As of today, 20.04, I still have not received any refund.
It has now been more than 2–7 business days, and I don’t even know whether the issue is with Jollyroom or my bank, as I have not been given any transaction ID or proof of payment. I am left without my money and without clear information on who to turn to.
When I asked for details so I could follow up with my bank, I only received generic template responses about invoice refunds — even though I paid by debit card.
Throughout this process, I received contradictory responses, which suggests that customer service does not properly review previous messages or case history.
As someone who has worked in customer support, I am aware that reviews like this usually receive a response. However, I do not expect this issue to be resolved through a generic reply here, and I would prefer not to receive another template response that does not address the situation.
I am sharing this review purely to inform other customers about my experience, as I have already escalated this case to the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV).

Oh, really? After multiple tickets and repeated follow-ups, the issue was finally “reviewed internally” and traced back to your own handling.
That is exactly the problem.
This should never have required this level of persistence. I will continue to pursue this case regardless of whether the refund is received, and I will follow through with the ECC.

NEWER BUY ANYTHING HERE if you require customer service. They do not give a shit.

I placed my order on December 28, and as of February 13, the issue is still unresolved. Despite multiple follow-ups via both email and phone calls, the refund has not been processed, and I have not received clear or timely updates.
This prolonged delay has been very disappointing. A refund should not require this much effort from the customer. It has also made me reluctant to purchase from this company again, which is unfortunate, as we have previously bought several high-value items here, including an Uppababy stroller, Cybex car seat, playpen, and other expensive products, using both my account and my husband’s.
I am sharing this review in the hope that it will finally prompt progress on my case, as this experience has significantly affected my trust in the company.

I haven’t received my order. It hasn’t even been shipped yet, and I placed it 11 days ago. I was hoping to receive it before my baby’s 1 month anniversary but that’s in three days so I know that won’t happen.

I ordered two suitcases on four wheels, the same colour, one small and one larger.
When ordering, I specified a delivery location that was convenient for pick-up so that I could take the suitcases with me on the bus. The delivery location was changed. I had to call a taxi. On top of that, the delivery was split. I received one suitcase two weeks after ordering and took it home by taxi. I received the second suitcase only a month later. And I had to take it home by taxi again. I had to pay for the taxi twice. Therefore, I do not recommend this shop. I could just as easily have ordered this purchase from China myself. And much cheaper. And they would have delivered this purchase to a place where it would have been convenient for me to pick it up. In addition, I did not receive any warranty documents. И

Items on sale, yes a good sale but nothing extreme. They canceled order with message that it was a pricing error and raised the prices higher than they were even before the sale. Scammers!

Very bad experience with jollyroom customer service. Ordered 2 products one was fine the other one I want to return but no return sticker. Sent many messages but no response from customer care. The main reason wont shop again from here is their no return policy and poor response. The slide is too narrow for my 2 year old and he keeps on falling from the side also its bent from the center so he doesnt slide properly. I wanted to buy a bigger one and return this one.but no response at all from them.

Everything is fine until the product arrives broken or breaks during use. Then the customer service wount answered. The contact form on the website is in Swedish. Videos and pictures cannot be added. Time is delayed on purpose. Very disappointed.
